PT. Yakin Pasifik Tuna merupakan perusahaan pengolahan produk perikanan dengan orientasi perdagangan internasional yang terletak di Lampulo, Banda Aceh. Globalisasi dan persaingan menuntut perusahaan melakukan perbaikan proses. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya indikasi pemborosan berupa keterlambatan kedatangan bahan baku, tidak adanya penjadwalan khusus produksi serta aktivitas tidak bernilai tambah lainnya. Perusahaan juga dihadapkan dengan permasalahan kualitas produk tidak sesuai kriteria ekspor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi dengan menerapkan metode Lean Six Sigma. Penelitian mengidentifikasi pemborosan dan performansi kinerja perusahaan terhadap kualitas produk ekspor berdasarkan sigma level melalui tahap Define, Measure, Analyze dan Improve. Solusi rekomendasi perbaikan diperoleh dengan integrasi Metode TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadach) dalam meningkatkan teknik konvensional Lean Six Sigma. Penelitian diawali tahap Define dengan mengidentifikasi proses produksi beserta waktu dan pembuatan Current State Map untuk mengetahui kondisi perusahaan saat ini serta identifikasi 7 waste yang sering terjadi untuk prioritas perbaikan. Tahap Measure dilakukan dengan menghitung Process Cycle Efficiency diperoleh persentase sebesar 24,297% yang berarti perusahaan belum dapat dikategorikan lean, sementara Sigma Level perusahaan yaitu 2,918 atau rata-rata industri Indonesia. Tahap Analyze kemudian dilakukan dengan menganalisis penyebab waste yang sering terjadi untuk menentukan rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan 5 Whys. Tahap Improve dengan Metode TRIZ diperoleh rekomendasi perbaikan berupa meningkatkan keterampilan operator dengan memberikan pelatihan Clear Smoke Injection, membuat prosedur khusus untuk supplier, pemeriksaan mesin secara berkala serta memberikan keterangan tertulis untuk operator terkait cara yang benar dalam mengatur mesin vakum. Hasil tindakan perbaikan menyebabkan adanya penurunan total lead time pada Future State Map sebesar 125,570 menit.

PT Yakin Pasifik Tuna is a fishery product processing company with an international trade orientation located in Lampulo, Banda Aceh. Globalization and competition require companies to make process improvements. In addition, there are indications of waste in the form of delays in the arrival of raw materials, the absence of special production scheduling and other non-value-added activities. The company is also faced with the problem of product quality not meeting export criteria. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality and efficiency of production by applying the Lean Six Sigma method. The research identifies waste and performance of the company's performance on the quality of export products based on the sigma level through the Define, Measure, Analyze and Improve stages. Improvement recommendation solutions are obtained by integrating the TRIZ Method (Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadach) in improving conventional Lean Six Sigma techniques. The research began at the Define stage by identifying the production process and time and making Current State Map to find out the current condition of the company and identifying 7 wastes that often occur for improvement priorities. The Measure stage is carried out by calculating Process Cycle Efficiency obtained a percentage of 24,297% which means the company cannot be categorized as lean, while the company's Sigma Level is 2.918 or the average of the Indonesian industry. The Analyze stage is then carried out by analyzing the causes of waste that often occurs to determine improvement recommendations using 5 Whys. The Improve stage with the TRIZ Method obtained improvement recommendations in the form of improving operator skills by providing Clear Smoke Injection training, making special procedures for suppliers, periodic machine checks and providing written information for operators regarding the correct way to set up the vacuum machine. The results of corrective actions led to a decrease in total lead time on Future State Map by 125,570 minutes.
