CHIK DI TIRO SIGLI TAHUN 2014 ABSTRAK Penyakit ginjal kronis (PGK) merupakan silent epidemic yang dalam perjalanan penyakitnya dapat mempengaruhi tekanan darah penderitanya. Pasien dengan gagal ginjal kronis, biasanya akan menjalani terapi dialysis dan perubahan tekanan darah dapat terjadi pada saat pasien yang sedang menjalani terapi dialysis. Terapi dialysis pada pasien gagal ginjal diharapkan dapat membantu pasien dalam meningkatkan harapan hidupnya, dan tentunya dosis yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan tersebut. Adekuasi merupakan penentu keadekuatan dosis dialysis dalam memberikan manfaat kepada untuk dapat tetap sehat dan produktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tekanan darah dengan adekuasi pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis di Ruang Hemodialis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tgk. Chik Di Tiro Sigli tahun 2014. Desain penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan sampel 62 orang, menggunakan tenik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linier sederahana. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada tekanan darah sistol dengan adekuasi pasien gagal ginjal kronis (p-value 0,010) ; tekanan darah diastol dengan adekuasi pasien gagal ginjal kronis (p-value 0,008) ; tekanan darah dengan adekuasi pasien gagal ginjal kronis (p-value 0,015). Hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan informasi serta kepada petugas ruang hemodialisa tentang tekanan darah dan hubungannya dengan keadekuatan hemodialisa pasien, sehingga terapi hemodialisa yang dijalani pasien, benar-benar dapat efektif untuk membantu memperbaiki dan mempertahankan fungsi ginjal untuk kelangsungan hidup pasien. CHIK DI TIRO SIGLI 2014 ABSTRACT Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a silent epidemic that in the course of the disease can affect blood pressure sufferers. Patients with chronic renal failure, usually will undergo dialysis therapy and changes in blood pressure may occur when patients who are undergoing dialysis treatment. Dialysis therapy in patients with Chronic kidney disease are expected to assist patients in improving life expectancy, and of course the proper dosage is needed to be able to achieve that goal. Adequacy is what determines adequacy of dialysis dose in providing benefits to being able to stay healthy and productive. The purpose of this study to find out correlation between blood pressure pre hemodialysis with adequacy of patient chronic kidney disease in Hemodialysis Room of District General Hospital of Tgk. Chik Di Tiro Sigli 2014. This study designed in a queasy experiment, equipped with totall sampling method for 62 respondents. The data are collected by observation sheets and analysed by simple linear regression. According to the “bivariat” analyses, there are correlations between systolic blood pressure pre hemodialysis with adequacy of patient chronic kidney disease (p-value 0.010) ; diastolic blood pressure pre hemodialysis with adequacy of patient chronic kidney disease (p-value 0.008) ; with adequacy of patient chronic kidney disease (p-value 0.015). It is expected to the official information for the patients, so they get effective therapy to help improve and maintain their kidney function.
