ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Kepatuhan menjalani pengobatan menjadi kunci keberhasilan pengelolaan pasien penderita penyakit ginjal kronik (PGK) dengan hemodialisis (HD) regular khususnya dalam menurunkan morbiditas dan mortalitas serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Kepatuhan pengobatan sangat erat kaitannya dengan faktor psikososial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh faktor psikososial terhadap kepatuhan penderita PGK.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional dengan desain potong lintang yang dilakukan pada Instalasi HD Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Penilaian faktor psikososial penderita PGK mencakup derajat depresi, ansietas dan dukungan sosial dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Fisher exact test dan Trend analysis test dilakukan pada penelitian ini dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%
Hasil: Sebanyak 165 penderita PGK yang menjalani HD regular terlibat dalam penelitian ini dengan distribusi kepatuhan 139 orang dan 26 orang tidak patuh. Kelompok tidak patuh menunjukkan durasi HD yang lebih lama dibandingkan kelompok patuh dengan rerata 39 bulan. Sebanyak 10 penderita mengalami depresi berat (p = 0,323) dan 8 penderita mengalami ansietas berat (p = 0,228). Sebanyak lebih dari 75% penderita mendapat dukungan sosial pada semua dimensi mencakup informasi, penilaian, instrumental dan emosional (p > 0,05).
Kesimpulan: Faktor psikososial tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi kepatuhan berobat penderita PGK yang menjalani HD. Pendekatan multifaktorial perlu diupayakan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pada penderita PGK.

ABSTRACT Introduction: Adherence to treatment is the key to successful management of patients suffering from chronic kidney disease (CKD) with regular hemodialysis (HD), especially in reducing morbidity and mortality and improving the patient's quality of life. Treatment compliance is closely related to psychosocial factors. This study aims to examine the influence of psychosocial factors on treatment compliance for CKD sufferers. Method: This research is an observational study with a cross-sectional design conducted at the HD Installation at the Regional General Hospital, Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Assessment of psychosocial factors in CKD sufferers including the degree of depression, anxiety and social support was carried out in this study. Fisher exact test and Trend analysis test were carried out in this study with a confidence level of 95% Results: A total of 165 CKD sufferers undergoing regular HD were involved in this study with a distribution of 139 people complying and 26 people not complying. The non-adherent group showed a longer duration of HD than the adherent group with a mean of 39 months. A total of 10 sufferers experienced severe depression (p = 0.323) and 8 sufferers experienced severe anxiety (p = 0.228). More than 75% of sufferers received social support in all dimensions including information, assessment, instrumental and emotional (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Psychosocial factors do not directly influence treatment compliance in CKD sufferers undergoing HD. A multifactorial approach needs to be pursued to increase treatment adherence in CKD sufferers. Keywords: Treatment compliance, Chronic Kidney Disease, psychosocial factors
