Pada pelaksanaan sebuah proyek konstruksi, tenaga kerja merupakan komponen terpenting. Ketersediaan tenaga kerja pada proyek tidak tercukupi dikarenakan penyediaannya yang terbatas atau terjadi penumpukan tenaga kerja pada minggu tertentu. Tujuan perencanaan ini adalah untuk memperoleh penggunaan sumber daya manusia dengan metode resource levelling pada pekerjaan pembangunan Gedung Kantor BINDA (Badan Intelijen Negara Daerah) dan memperoleh besarnya biaya upah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan perminggu. Perencanaan ini menggunakan metode resource levelling dengan membutuhkan jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan untuk mendapat histogram tenaga kerja rencana, realisasi, dan setelah levelling. Dari hasil perencanaan ini diperoleh kumulatif jumlah tenaga kerja rencana sebanyak 1140 orang yang terdiri dari 323 tukang dan 817 pekerja selama 21 minggu. Kumulatif jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja realisasi sebanyak 1514 orang yang terdiri dari tukang sebanyak 440 orang dan pekerja sebanyak 1074 orang selama 21 minggu. Kumulatif jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja setelah levelling sebanyak 1140 orang yang terdiri dari 323 tukang dan 817 pekerja. Biaya upah tertinggi untuk tenaga kerja rencana perminggu yaitu sebesar Rp 83.370.000,00 (delapan puluh tiga juta tiga ratus tujuh puluh ribu rupiah) pada minggu ke-17, biaya upah tertinggi untuk tenaga kerja realisasi yaitu sebesar Rp 193.690.000,00 (seratus sembilan puluh tiga juta enam ratus sembilan puluh ribu rupiah) pada minggu ke-11, dan biaya upah tenaga kerja setelah levelling tertinggi yaitu sebesar Rp 83.370.000,00 (delapan puluh tiga juta tiga ratus tujuh puluh ribu rupiah) pada minggu ke-17.

In the implementation of a construction project, labor is the most crucial component. The availability of labor on the project is insufficient due to limited supply or accumulation of labor in certain weeks. The purpose of this planning is to obtain the utilization of human resources using the resource leveling method in the construction of the BINDA Office Building (Regional State Intelligence Agency) and to determine the amount of labor wages needed per week. This planning uses the resource leveling method by requiring the schedule of work execution to obtain the planned, realized, and leveled workforce histograms. From the results of this planning, the cumulative total planned workforce is 1140 people, consisting of 323 craftsmen and 817 workers for 21 weeks. The cumulative total realized workforce requirement is 1514 people, consisting of 440 craftsmen and 1074 workers for 21 weeks. The cumulative total workforce requirement after leveling is 1140 people, consisting of 323 craftsmen and 817 workers. The highest wage cost for planned labor per week is Rp 83,370,000.00 (eighty-three million three hundred seventy thousand rupiahs) in the 17th week, the highest wage cost for realized labor is Rp 193,690,000.00 (one hundred ninety-three million six hundred ninety thousand rupiahs) in the 11th week, and the highest wage cost for leveled labor is Rp83,370,000.00 (eighty-three million three hundred seventy thousand rupiahs) in the 17th week.
