Sosial ekonomi dapat dikatakan aspek terpenting setiap keluarga dalam kehidupan. Sosial ekonomi dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan angora keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Mengetahui sosial ekonomi orang tua siswa kelas XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah. 2). Mengetahui minat siswa kelas XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah.melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. 3). Mengetahui hubungan sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan minat siswa kelas XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke pergurun tinggi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian yang dilaksanakan di XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus solvin dengan jumlah sampel 59. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dukumentasi dan kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian yang akan digunakan harus diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan program SPSS sebelum diberikan kepada responden. Uji prasyarat analisis terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Uji hipotesi menggunakan analisis kolerasi person product-moment dengan tingkat signifikan ditentukan 5%. Hasil dari pengujian validitas dan reliabilisan kedua instrument penelitian dapat dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis prasyarat data dinyatakan berditribusi normal dengan nilai Exact Sig 0.557 dan 0.262 >0.05 dan data juga berdistribusi linier dengan nilai Deviation from Linearity adalah 0.207 >0.05. Hasil analisis kolerasi person product-moment dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS yaitu dengan nilai 0.329 menunjukkan hasil tersebut berada dalam kategori rendah dengan rentang 0,21-0,40. Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara sosial ekonomi orang tua dengan minat siswa kelas XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi meskipun dalam kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas maka hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nihil (Ho) ditolak.

Najriati (2023). Socioeconomic Relationship between Parents and the Interest of Class XII Babul Maghfirah High School Students in Continuing Their Education to Higher Education. Socioeconomics can be said to be the most important aspect of every family's life. Socioeconomics can influence the welfare of the angora family. The aims of this research are: 1). Knowing the socio-economic status of the parents of class XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah students. 2). Knowing the interests of class XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah students in continuing their education to college. 3). To find out the socio-economic relationship between parents and the interest of class XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah students to continue their education to higher education. A quantitative approach was used in research carried out at XII SMAS Babul Maghfirah. Determining the sample in this research used the Solvin formula with a sample size of 59. Data collection techniques used documentation and questionnaires. The research instrument to be used must be tested for validity and reliability using the SPSS program before being given to respondents. The analysis prerequisite tests consist of normality tests and linearity tests. Hypothesis testing uses person product-moment correlation analysis with a significance level determined at 5%. The results of testing the validity and reliability of the two research instruments can be declared valid and reliable. The results of the data prerequisite analysis were declared to be normally distributed with Exact Sig values ​​of 0.557 and 0.262 > 0.05 and the data were also linearly distributed with Deviation from Linearity values ​​of 0.207 > 0.05. The results of the person product-moment correlation analysis using SPSS, namely with a value of 0.329, show that these results are in the low category with a range of 0.21-0.40. This means that there is a positive and significant relationship between parents' socio-economic status and the interest of class Based on the results of the analysis above, the hypothesis of this research is that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.
