Sebanyak 300 ekor sampel Kepiting (Scylla serata), 200 ekor sampel Lobster (Panulirus sp.), dan 300 ekor sampel Vannamei (Litopenaeus vannamei) berhasil dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dari penelitian ini. Sampel kepiting berasal dari Langsa, Aceh Timur dan Aceh Utara; sampel Lobster berasal dari Aceh Besar dan Banda Aceh; sampel Vannamei berasal dari Aceh Jaya, Aceh Besar dan Banda Aceh dengan masing-masing 100 sampel untuk setiap komoditi yang diteliti. Ektoparasit yang teridentifikasi yaitu Octolasmis sp, Vorticella sp., Epistylis sp.,Oodinium sp., dan Zoothamnium sp. Prevalensi menunjukan nilai 100% artinya seluruh sampel terserang oleh ektoparasit. Intensitas parasit Octolasmis sp.tertinggi didapatkan dari Aceh timur dengan intensitas 54 ind/sampel sedangkan intensitas terendah dari Banda aceh dengan 3 ind/sampel. Intensitas parasit Vorticella sp. tertinggi didapatkan dari Banda aceh dengan intensitas 21 ind/sampel sedangkan intensitas terendah dari Aceh utara dengan 30 ind/sampel. Intensitas parasit Epistylis sp.tertinggi didapatkan dari Aceh timur dengan intensitas 30 ind/sampel sedangkan intensitas terendah dari Aceh utara dengan 9 ind/sampel. Intensitas parasit Oodinium sp. tertinggi didapatkan dari Aceh timur dengan intensitas 19 ind/sampel sedangkan intensitas terendah dari Aceh utara dengan 7 ind/sampel. Intensitas parasite Zoothamnium sp. tertinggi didapatkan dari Banda Aceh dengan intensitas 12 ind/sampel sedangkan intensitas terendah dari Aceh besar dengan 9 ind/sampel.

A total of 300 samples of Crab (Scylla serrata), 200 samples of Lobster (Panulirus sp.), and 300 samples of Vannamei (Litopenaeus vannamei) were collected and analyzed from this research.
