Dewasa ini, tingkat partisipasi Angkatan kerja wanita di Provinsi Aceh masih rendah dibandingkan dengan laki-laki, namun jika dilihat dari jumlah penduduk wanita lebih mendominasi dari pada laki-laki. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, Upah Minimum Provinsi, dan kesehatan terhadap Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan kerja wanita. Penelitian dilakukan di 23 Kabupaten Kota di Provinsi Aceh periode 2015-2020 sebanyak 138 observasi menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan model Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan SD, SMP, SMA, Diploma dan Sarjana berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan kerja wanita. Namun tingkat pendidikan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap TPAK wanita yaitu tingkat pendidikan Diploma dan Sarjana, dilihat dari nilai koefisien yang paling tinggi. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan, maka semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap TPAK wanita. Upah Minimum Provinsi berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan kerja wanita, artinya setiap kenaikan satu persen upah minimum Provinsi, maka akan menurunkan TPAK wanita di Provinsi Aceh, sedangkan angka harapan hidup tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan kerja wanita di Provinsi Aceh, artinya walaupun rata-rata hidup seorang wanita di Provinsi Aceh tinggi, namun apabila tidak produktif dikarenakan tidak sehat akan menghambat atau sulit mendapat pekerjaan.

Today, the female labor force participation rate in Aceh Province is still low compared to men, but when viewed from the total population women dominate more than men. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of education level, provincial minimum wage, and health on the female labor force participation rate. The research was conducted in 23 districts and cities in Aceh Province for the 2015-2020 period with 138 observations using panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) model. The results showed that the education level of elementary school, junior high school, high school, diploma and bachelor degree had a positive effect on the female labor force participation rate. However, the level of education that has the most influence on female labor force participation is the level of Diploma and Bachelor education, seen from the highest coefficient value. This means that the higher the level of education, the greater the effect on female TPAK. The Provincial Minimum Wage has a negative effect on the level of female labor force participation, meaning that every one percent increase in the Provincial Minimum Wage will reduce the TPAK of women in Aceh Province, while life expectancy has no effect on the level of female labor force participation in Aceh Province, meaning that even though the average life expectancy of a woman in Aceh Province is high, if she is unproductive due to unhealthiness, it will hinder or make it difficult to find work.
