Sistem absensi merupakan suatu teknologi yang memudahkan dalam penginputan data kehadiran mahasiswa, dengan adanya sistem absensi yang berbasis website, maka akan menghasilkan data yang akurat, dan dapat mengefisien waktu pada jam absensi. Sistem absensi dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler yaitu Esp32, dan beberapa komponen lainnya yaitu RFID, LCD, led, buzzer, yang dihubungkan pada Esp32. Sistem ini menghasilkan keluaran berupa lampu dan buzzer yang menyala, Disamping itu lcd akan menampilkan teks “berhasil”, dan otomatis datanya tersimpan ke dalam website jika ID cardnya berhasil diidentifikasi. Sedangkan jika ID cardnya tidak berhasil diidentifikasi, maka lampu dan buzzer tidak akan menyala dan lcd akan menampilkan teks berupa “gagal”, serta datanya tidak dapat tersimpan ke dalam website. Untuk pembuatan website membutuhkan beberapa software yaitu xampp sebagai servernya, dan sublime untuk source code. Dalam perancangan ini membutuhkan website sebagai tempat rekapitulasi data absensi mahasiswa, untuk merelasikan antara alat dengan website, maka dapat menggunakan jaringan internet yang dimana harus berada didalam satu jaringan yang sama. Proyek akhir ini telah menghasilkan sebuah purwarupa alat absensi online yang telah berhasil diuji coba, dan menghasilkan data absensi yang akurat, dan dapat dilihat secara real-time di website.

This attendance system is a technology that makes it easy to input student attendance data, with this website-based attendance system it will produce accurate data and can be streamlined during attendance hours. This attendance system is controlled by a microcontroller, namely Esp32 and several other components, namely RFID, LCD, led, buzzer, which is connected to the esp32, the system then produces an output in the form of a lamp and the buzzer will light up, the LCD will display text in the form of "success" and the data is automatically saved into a website if the ID card is successfully identified. If the ID card cannot be identified, the lamp and buzzer will not turn on and the LCD will display text "failed" and the data cannot be saved to the website. The website it self is created using several software namely: Xampp as the server and Sublime for writing the source codes. In this design, a website is needed as a place for recapitulating student attendance data, to relate the device to the website, you can use the internet network which must be in the same network. This final project has produced an online attendance tool prototype that has been successfully tested and produces accurate attendance data and can be viewed in real-time on the website.
