PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR TRANSKULTURAL TERHADAP PERSEPSI TENTANG KESEHATAN PADA IBU DENGAN BALITA ISPA DI KOTA BANDA ACEH Oleh: Dina Andriani BR Karo NIM: 1209200180035 Komisi Pembimbing: Dr. dr. Bakhtiar, Sp.A, M.Kes Teuku Tahlil, S.Kp.,M.S.,Ph.D ABSTRAK Keperawatan transkultural merupakan suatu area utama keperawatan yang berfokus pada aspek budaya dan sub budaya yang berbeda, yang menghargai perilaku caring, layanan keperawatan, nilai-nilai, keyakinan tentang sehat dan sakit, serta pola-pola tingkah laku yang bertujuan mengembangkan body of knowledge yang ilmia dan humanistik guna memberi tempat praktik keperawatan pada budaya tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor transkultural terhadap persepsi tentang kesehatan pada ibu dengan balita ISPA. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan propotional sampling terhadap 100 ibu dengan balita ISPA di Kota Banda Aceh. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Regresi Logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor teknologi, nilai budaya dan gaya hidup, peraturan dan kebijakan, ekonomi dan pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi tentang kesehatan pada ibu dengan balita ISPA (p < 0.05) , sedangkan faktor keagamaan dan falsafah hidup, sosial dan kekerabatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi tentang kesehatan pada balita dengan balita ISPA (p>0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak semua faktor transkultural mempengaruhi persepsi ibu dengan Balita ISPA. Direkomendasikan kepada Puskesmas dan pihak terkait dapat meningkatkan persepsi kesehatan terhadap pada ibu dalam penanganan ISPA pada Balita. Bakhtiar, Sp.A, M.Kes TeukuTahlil, S.Kp.,M.S.,Ph.D ABSTRACT Transcultural nursing is a main area of nursing that focuses on different cultural and sub-cultural aspects, that appreciates caring behaviors, nursing services, values, beliefs about health and illnes, and behaviorel patterns that aim to develop scientific and humanistic body of knowledge, in order to give a nursing practice in particular cultures. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of transcultural factors towards the mother perception of the health of toddlers with Acute Respiratory Disease (ARD). This study was qualitative study that used correlational design with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used was propotional sampling with the number of respondents of 100 mothers with toddler with ARD in Banda Aceh City. Data was analyzed by logistic regression. The results of the study showed that the technology, cultural value and life style, rules and policies, economic, and education factors influenced the mother perception of the health toddlers with ARD (p0.05). Based on this study, it can be conclude that not all transcultural factors influences the mother perception of the health toddlers with ARD. It is recommended to community health centers and related institutions to be able to improve the mother perception of the health in handling the ARD of toddlers. .
