Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh proses produksi dan efektivitas sumber daya manusia terhadap efisiensi biaya produksi pada UMKM di provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini memiliki responden sebanyak 125 orang pemilik UMKM. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung secara pribadi kepada responden maupun disebarkan melalui media Whatsaap, Instagram dan google form. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan dari maret sampai mei 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling) sebagai metode analisis data dan menggunakan software WarpPLS versi 7.0 sebagai alat pengolah data. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap efisiensi biaya produksi dan efektifitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap efiisensi biaya produksi.

This research is to examine the influence of the production process and the effectiveness of human resources on production cost efficiency in MSMEs in Aceh province. This research had 125 respondents who were MSME owners. The data collection used in this research was a questionnaire that was distributed directly to respondents personally or distributed via WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Form media. The research questionnaire was distributed from March to May 2023. This research used PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) as a data analysis method and used WarpPLS version 7.0 software as a data processing tool. The findings from this research show that the production process has a positive effect on production cost efficiency and the effectiveness of human resources has a positive effect on production cost efficiency.
