ABSTRAK
Kasus pelecehan seksual tidak hanya terjadi di ruang privat, bahkan juga terjadi di ruang publik, termasuk perguruan tinggi. Kehadiran Pusat Layanan Pengaduan Kekerasan Seksual di Universitas Syiah Kuala menjadi wadah interaktif, perlindungan dan keadilan bagi keterbukaan diri mahasiswa penyintas pelecehan seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Jendela Johari Joseph Luft dan Harrington Ingham. Teori ini berkaitan dengan kegiatan secara sukarela berbagi perasaan, pikiran dan informasi yang mendalam oleh mahasiswa penyintas pelecehan seksual sebagai bentuk kepercayaan terhadap tim pendamping Pusat Layanan Pengaduan Kekerasan Seksual USK. Jenis penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Informan dalam penelitian ini ialah tiga mahasiswa penyintas pelecehan seksual, teman korban, serta ketua dan tim pendampingan Pusat Layanan Pengaduan Kekerasan Seksual USK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa korban sedikit menghindari hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan pelecehan seksual yang dialaminya, seperti menghindari pergi ke tempat kejadian. Oleh karena itu, tim pendamping menggunakan metode empati dengan berusaha memposisikan diri sebagai korban. Adanya pendampingan oleh tim membuat korban memperoleh keterbukaan diri dan pemulihan diri.

ABSTRACT Cases of sexual harassment not only occur in the private sphere, but also occur in public spaces, including universities. The presence of Complaint and Service Center of Sexual Violence at Syiah Kuala University becomes an interactive forum, protection and justice for student’s self-disclosure of sexual harassment survivors. The theory used in this research is Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham’s Johari Window theory. This theory relates to the activity of voluntarity sharing feelings, thoughts and deep information by sexual harassment survivors as a form of trust towards the escort team of Complaint and Service Center of Sexual Violence USK. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using interviews and documentation as the data collection method. The informants in this study are three sexual harassment survivors, friends of the victims, the chairman and mentoring team of Complaint and Service Center of Sexual Violence USK. The results of this study indicate that the victims avoid things related to sexual harassment, like avoiding going to the crime scene. Therefore, the mentoring team uses the empathy method by trying to position themselves as a victim. The existence of mentoring by the team makes victims obtain self-disclosure and self-recovery.
