ABSTRAK
Hadirnya Youtube memberikan kesempatan bagi podcast untuk dapat berkembang di ranah internet. Kemajuan teknologi youtube saat ini sangat membantu dari berbagai kebutuhan bagi para pengguna. Podcast close the door milik Deddy Corbuzier dimanfaatkan oleh generasi Z kota Banda Aceh untuk menerima informasi serta hiburan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 267 responden dengan rentan umur 20-24 tahun. Adapaun teori yang digunakan adalah uses and gratification. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang dimana peneliti menanyakan pendapat atau persepsi kepada beberapa orang. Untuk menentukan sampel pada penelitian maka peneliti menggunakan rumus isaac dan michael dengan mengunakan taraf kesalahan sebesar 10 persen. Hasil pada penelitian ini penggunaan media podcast close the door di Youtube berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan generasi Z di kota Banda Aceh. Indikator dengan nilai tertinggi penggunaan media podcast close the door berada pada pertanyaan menonton podcast dapat menambah wawasan dan memecahkan masalah di bidang apapun yang ingin diketahui skor 3,47. Indikator dengan nilai tertinggi tingkat kepuasan generasi Z di kota Banda Aceh berada pada pertanyaan podcast close the door memberikan informasi yang beragam yang sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh penonton dengan skor 3,49.

ABSTRACT The presence of YouTube provides an opportunity for podcasts to thrive in the realm of the internet. The current advancement in YouTube technology greatly assists users in various ways. Deddy Corbuzier's podcast, close the door, is utilized by generation Z in Banda Aceh to receive information and entertainment. This type of research is quantitative and involves 267 respondents aged 20-24 years. The theory used is uses and gratification. This research utilizes a survey method in which the researcher collects opinions or perceptions from several individuals. To determine the sample size for the research, the researcher used the Isaac and Michael formula with a margin of error of 10 percent. The results of this study show that the use of the close the door podcast on YouTube has a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction level of generation Z in Banda Aceh. The indicator with the highest value for the use of the close the door podcast media is in the question regarding watching podcasts that can increase knowledge and solve problems in any field, with a score of 3.47. The indicator with the highest value for the satisfaction level of generation Z in Banda Aceh is in the question about whether close the door podcast provides diverse information that aligns with what the audience needs, with a score of 3.49.
