Tambak adalah kolam buatan yang umumnya terletak di pesisir pantai atau laut dan digunakan untuk budidaya perairan. Kepemilikan tambak adalah bentuk kepemilikan lahan produktif yang sering ditemukan di wilayah pesisir Indonesia. Kepadatan lahan tambak didaerah pesisir terutama di kota Banda Aceh akan menimbulkan permasalahan. Sumber konflik dan hak-hak yang dipertentangkan ini dapat mencakup ketidaksepakatan tentang batas wilayah tambak dan klaim hak kepemilikan. Hal tersebut akan membuat ketidaknyamanan bagi pemilik usaha tambak akan permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan webGIS Kepemilikan Tambak di Kota Banda Aceh sebagai solusi terhadap permasalahan konflik kepemilikan lahan tambak yang sering terjadi di wilayah pesisir di Kota Banda Aceh. WebGIS ini menggunakan platform Laravel dan memanfaatkan library javascript, mapbox, untuk memvisualisasikan persebaran tambak secara interaktif di Kota Banda Aceh. WebGIS ini tidak hanya memudahkan pemilik tambak dalam mengajukan tambak mereka, tetapi juga membantu membangun data yang sah dan terverifikasi tentang kepemilikan lahan tambak. Dengan fitur digitasi langsung pada peta, pemilik tambak dapat dengan mudah mengajukan tambak tanpa perlu memasukkan nilai latitude dan longitude secara manual. Penelitian ini melibatkan 90 responden dalam pengujian menggunakan metode Use Questionnaire. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa webGIS Kepemilikan Tambak di Kota Banda Aceh mendapatkan penilaian positif yaitu 93% dan menunjukkan bahwa webGIS Kepemilikan Tambak di Kota Banda Aceh layak digunakan oleh masyarakat umum dan pemilik tambak.

Ponds are artificial ponds which are generally located on the coast or sea and are used for aquaculture. Pond ownership is a form of productive land ownership that is often found in coastal areas of Indonesia. The density of pond land in coastal areas, especially in the city of Banda Aceh, will cause problems. Sources of conflict and contested rights can include disagreements about farm boundaries and claims of ownership rights. This will create inconvenience for pond business owners regarding this problem. This research aims to develop a webGIS for Pond Ownership in Banda Aceh City as a solution to the problem of pond land ownership conflicts which often occur in coastal areas in Banda Aceh City. This WebGIS uses the Laravel platform and utilizes the javascript library, mapbox, to interactively visualize the distribution of ponds in the city of Banda Aceh. This WebGIS not only makes it easier for pond owners to apply for their ponds, but also helps build valid and verified data about pond land ownership. With the direct digitization feature on the map, farm owners can easily apply for farms without having to enter latitude and longitude values manually. This research involved 90 respondents in testing using the Use Questionnaire method. The test results show that the Pond Ownership webGIS in Banda Aceh City received a positive assessment, namely 93% and shows that the Pond Ownership webGIS in Banda Aceh City is suitable for use by the general public and pond owners.
