Penelitian yang berjudul inventarisasi jenis liken di Stasiun Penelitian Ketambe, Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser, Aceh Tenggara belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi jenis-jenis liken yang terdapat di Stasiun Penelitian Ketambe. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Desember 2022 sampai Agustus 2023. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode jelajah (cruise method) di kawasan plot fenologi mengikuti Petak Ukur Permanen (PUP) Stasiun Penelitian Ketambe yang berukuran 20 m x 20 m. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 22 jenis liken yang terdiri dari sembilan familia, sebelas genus, dan satu jenis lainnya yang belum dapat diidentifikasi. Berdasarkan tipe talusnya ditemukan 17 jenis liken tergolong crustose dan lima jenis liken tergolong foliose. Familia liken yang paling banyak ditemukan di lokasi penelitian yaitu Lecanoraceae (Bacidia dan Lecanora) dan Parmeliaceae (Parmelia dan Parmotrema) masing-masing sebanyak dua genus. Genus liken yang paling banyak ditemukan di lokasi penelitian ini adalah Cryptothecia (Cryptothecia aleurocarpa, Cryptothecia scripta, Cryptothecia striata, dan Cryptothecia obtecta) dan Pyrenula (Pyrenula chlorospila, Pyrenula macrospora, Pyrenula nitida, dan Pyrenula occidentalis) masing-masing sebanyak empat jenis.

The inventory research of lichen species at the Ketambe Research Station, Gunung Leuser National Park, Southeast Aceh, has not been conducted before. This study aims to inventory the various lichen species found at the Ketambe Research Station. The research was carried out from December 2022 to August 2023, using the cruise method in the phenology plot area following the Permanent Sample Plot (PUP) of the Ketambe Research Station, which measures 20 m x 20 m. The research yielded a total of 22 lichen species belonging to nine families, 11 genus, and one species that could not be identified. Based on their thallus types, 17 species were classified as crustose and 5 species others as foliose. The most commonly found lichen family in the research area was Lecanoraceae (Bacidia and Lecanora) and Parmeliaceae (Parmelia and Parmotrema), with two genus for each family. The most abundant lichen genus collected in this inventory research was Cryptothecia (Cryptothecia aleurocarpa, Cryptothecia scripta, Cryptothecia striata, and Cryptothecia obtecta) and Pyrenula (Pyrenula chlorospila, Pyrenula macrospora, Pyrenula nitida, and Pyrenula occidentalis).
