Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan Klorofil-a dan kualitas air
terhadap budidaya tiram yang ada di waduk Alue Naga, Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode survey dengan melihat langsung kondisi perairan di lokasi penelitian dan pengambilan
sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan sampel air
dilakukan sebanyak 1 kali pada 3 stasiun dengan melakukan 3 kali pengulangan. Setiap stasiun
merupakan tempat yang berbeda, stasiun 1 di aliran air yang merupakan tempat air masuk dan
menerima buangan limbah. Stasiun 2 berada di tengah waduk dan stasiun ke-3 yang berada di
pintu keluar air pada waduk. Hasil pengukuran konsentrasi klorofil-a yang di peroleh diperairan
waduk Alue Naga berbeda di setiap stasiun nya dengan kisaran 2,772 µg/l-6,956 µg/l dengan nilai
rata-rata keseluruhan 6,692 µg/l. Kandungan klorofil-a yang berada di waduk tersebut cenderung
lebih tinggi pada stasiun 1 yang merupakan tempat masuk nya air (inlet) dan cenderung lebih
rendah pada area transisi yang merupakan area dengan kecepatan arus yang mulai menurun.

This research aims to analyze the chlorophyll-a content and water quality of oyster cultivation in the Alue Naga reservoir, Banda Aceh. This study used a survey method by directly observing the condition of the waters at the research location and taking samples using a purposive sampling method. In this study, water sampling was carried out once at 3 stations with 3 repetitions. Each station is a different place, station 1 in the water flow is where water enters and receives waste discharge. Station 2 is in the middle of the reservoir and the 3rd station is at the water outlet of the reservoir. The results of measuring the concentration of chlorophyll-a obtained in the waters of the Alue Naga reservoir were different at each station with a range of 2.772 µg/l6.956 µg/l with an overall average value of 6.692 µg/l. The content of chlorophyll-a in the reservoir tends to be higher at station 1 which is the inlet and tends to be lower in the transition area which is an area with a decreasing current velocity.
