Penelitian ini menganalisis Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian adalah analisis linear berganda menggunakan data time Series dari tahun 2003-2022 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat statistik Provinsi Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rata-rata Lama Sekolah dan Upah Minimum Regional berpengaruh negatif terhadap Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan, sedangkan Jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh positif, serta Inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan. Diperlukan adanya kebijakan pemerintah untuk meningkatan lama pendidikan serta diperlukan kenaikan upah minimum yang penetapannya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dasar hidup masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh.

This research analyzes the factors that influence inequality income distribution in Banda Aceh City. The research method is multiple linear analysis using time series data from 2003-2022 sourced from the Aceh Province Central Statistics Agency. The research results show that the Average Years of Schooling and Regional Minimum Wage have a negative effect on Income Distribution Inequality, while Population Number has a positive effect, and Inflation has no effect on Income Distribution Inequality. There is a need for government policy to increase the length of education and an increase in the minimum wage which is determined in accordance with the basic living needs of the people of Banda Aceh City.
