Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah, dan rasio pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah kabupaten/kota di Aceh tahun anggaran 2019-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan perolehan data sekunder berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran 23 Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Aceh periode 2019-2021. Pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode sensus dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah, dan rasio pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah kabupaten/kota di Aceh tahun anggaran 2019-2021, (2) rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah kabupaten/kota di Aceh tahun anggaran 2019-2021, (3) rasio efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah kabupaten/kota di Aceh tahun anggaran 2019-2021, (4) rasio pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah tahun anggaran 2019-2021.

This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of effectiveness of regional original income, and the ratio of growth of regional original income on the financial performance of districts/cities in Aceh for the 2019-2021 fiscal year. The type of research used is quantitative with the acquisition of secondary data in the form of Budget Realization Reports for 23 Districts/Cities of Aceh Province for the 2019-2021 period. Sampling used in this study is the entire population. The data analysis method used is the census method with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study show that (1) the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of effectiveness of regional original income, and the ratio of growth of regional original income has a simultaneous and significant effect on the financial performance of districts/cities in Aceh for the 2019-2021 fiscal year, (2) the ratio of regional financial independence has a positive and significant effect on performance district/city regional finance in Aceh for the 2019-2021 fiscal year, (3) the ratio of effectiveness of regional own-source revenue does not affect the regional financial performance of districts/cities in Aceh for the 2019-2021 fiscal year, (4) the ratio of growth of regional own-source revenue has a negative and significant effect on regional financial performance for the 2019-2021 fiscal year.
