Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Alokasi Dana Desa dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Kementrian Keuangan dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi panel dari 23 kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Aceh. Hasil uji-t pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa alokasi dana desa berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, sedangkan indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. ADD dan IPM berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Hubungan positif antara ADD dan tingkat kemiskinan mengindikasikan adanya ketidakefisienan dari penggunaan dana desa yang belum dapat mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan. Sedangkan hubungan negatif antara IPM dan tingkat kemiskinan mempunyai arti semakin tinggi IPM maka tingkat kemiskinan dapat menurun.Jika terjadi peningkatan dari kedua variabel tersebut, maka dapat menurunkan angka kemiskinan di Aceh.
This study aims to analyze the effect of Village Fund Allocation and Human Development Index (HDI) on poverty levels in Aceh Province. The data used is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Finance from 2015 to 2022. The model of analysis used is panel regression analysis from 23 districts and cities in Aceh Province. The results of the t-test in this study show that the allocation of village funds has a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, while the human development index has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level. ADD and HDI have a positive effect on the level of poverty. The positive relationship between ADD and the poverty rate shows that there is an inefficiency in the use of village funds which has not been able to reduce the poverty rate. Meanwhile, the negative relationship between HDI and the poverty rate means that the higher the HDI, the turbidity level can decrease. If there is an increase in these two variables, the poverty rate in Aceh can be reduced.
