ANALISIS KESEMPATAN KERJA DAN PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA SEKTOR PERTANIAN DI PROVINSI ACEH

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan kesempatan kerja dan produktivitas tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian di Provinsi Aceh, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesempatan kerja terhadap PDRB pada sektor pertanian di Provinsi Aceh, dengan variabel bebas yaitu kesempatan kerja dan variabel terikat yaitu PDRB sektor pertanian Provinsi Aceh.
Penelitian dilakukan di Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data kurun waktu (time series) antara tahun 2003-2012 dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan kesempatan kerja pada sektor pertanian di Provinsi Aceh mangalami penurunan yang signifikan yaitu 16.635 orang per tahun dan produktivitas tenaga kerja sektor pertanian mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar Rp 11.699.353. Variabel kesempatan kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap PDRB sektor pertanian di Provinsi Aceh namun memiliki hubungan negatif dimana setiap penambahan kesempatan kerja akan menurunkan PDRB sebesar Rp 0,001255 milyar atau Rp 1.255.000,- per tahun. Keeratan hubungan antara variabel yang dipengaruhi dan variabel yang mempengaruhi PDRB sektor pertanian Aceh adalah sebesar 74,6% yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kesempatan kerja. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,4% dijelaskan variabel lain di luar model persamaan ini.

ABSTRACT

This study analyzes the development of employment and labor productivity in the agricultural sector in the province of Aceh, as well as to analyze the influence of employment to GDP in the agricultural sector in the province of Aceh, the independent variable is employment and the dependent variable is the agricultural sector GDP province.
The data used is the data period (time series) between the years 2003 to 2012 with a simple linear regression method.
The results showed that the development of employment in the agricultural sector in the province of Aceh experienced significant reduction is 16 635 people per year and labor productivity of the agricultural sector experienced an increase in the amount of Rp 11.699.353. Variable employment has significant impact on the agricultural sector GDP in the province of Aceh, but has a negative relationship with each additional employment will decrease the GDP of Rp 0.001255 billion or Rp 1.255.000, - per year. The relationship between the variables that are affected and the variables that affect the agricultural sector GDP amounted to 74.6% of Aceh which can be explained by the variables of employment. While the remaining 25.4% is explained by other variables outside the model of this equation.
