PT Solusi Bangun Andalas merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri
semen, salah satu departemennya yaitu pada bagian pengantongan (packing plant)
pada tahapan proses pekerjaannya terdapat kegiatan yang masih dilakukan secara
manual oleh manusia yaitu pada proses penataan semen, kegiatan secara manual
dan berulang-ulang dapat terjadinya Musculoskeletal pada bagian tubuh pekerja
sehingga tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keluhan yang dirasakan
operator dan mengetahui tingkat resiko ergonomi yang terjadi. Penelitian ini
dilakukan dengan mengambil data postur tubuh pada 16 operator yang kemudian
diolah menggunakan Cornell Mcculoskeletas Disconfort Questionnarie (CMDQ),
Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS), Rapid Upper Limb Assesment
(RULA), Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
adanya keluhan yang dirasakan oleh operator pada saat bekerja berdasarkan
kuesioner Cornell Musculoskeletal Disconfort Quessionare (CMDQ) yaitu bahu
dengan total persentase 40% dan bagian lengan atas dengan total persentase 24%.
Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan metode Ovako Working Analysis System
(OWAS) terdapat hasil sikap kerja berada di level 2 pada 16 operator yang mana
pada level ini terdapat kategori sikap kerja yang berbahaya pada sistem
musculoskeletal. Berdasarkan hasil metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA)
yaitu skor terbesar yaitu 7 pada 15 operator dan terkecil 6 pada operator 5,
kemudian untuk Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) menunjukkan bahwa skor
REBA terbesar yaitu 11 pada 5 operator dan skor REBA terkecil pada operator 4.

PT Solusi Bangun Andalas is a company engaged in the cement industry, one of its departments, namely in the packing plant section, the stages of the work process, there are activities that are still carried out manually by humans, namely in the cement arrangement process, manual and repetitive activities can occur Musculoskeletal in parts of the worker's body so the purpose of this study was conducted to find out the complaints felt by operators and find out the level of ergonomic risk that occurs. This research was conducted by collecting body posture data on 16 operators which were then processed using the Cornell McCuloskeletas Disability Questionnarie (CMDQ), Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). The results showed that there were complaints felt by operators at work based on the Cornell Musculoskeletal Disability Questionnaire (CMDQ), namely the shoulder with a total proportion of 40% and the upper arm with a total proportion of 24%. Based on the analysis using the Ovako Working Analysis System (OWAS) method, the results of work attitudes are at level 2, at which level there is a category of work attitudes that are dangerous to the musculoskeletal system. Based on the results of the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method, the largest score is 7 on 15 operators and the smallest is 6 on operator 5, then for the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) it shows that the largest REBA score is 11 on 5 operators and the smallest REBA score is on operator 4.
