ABSTRAK
Dukungan sosial merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi psikologi narapidana dalam menjalankan masa hukumannya. Dukungan sosial dapat diberikan dengan melalui dukungan emosional, dukungan kognitif dan dukungan material. Dengan adanya pemberian dukungan tersebut mampu membuat narapidana dapat beradaptasi dan memiliki kondisi psikologi yang tenang saat menjalani hukumannya. Seperti narapidana yang mampu berperilaku positif melalui efek penguatan yang didapat dari dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh yang diberikan dari dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi narapidana pada narapidana di lembaga pemasyarakatan kelas II B Kuala Simpang. Metode penelitian yang digunkan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang menekankan fenomena-fenomena objektif yang dikaji secara kuantitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori pertukaran sosial dari George Homans dan teori dukungan sosial dari B.F skinner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa kesimpulan dari hasil analisis analisis tersebut oleh peneliti yaitu hasil uji pengaruh variabel dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi adalah positif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinasi variabel dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap variabel resiliensi sebesar 0,207 yang berarti besar pengaruh yang diberikan adalah sebersar 20% sedangkan dari dukungan sosial pembinaan memperoleh nilai 0,682 yang berarti besar pengaruh yang diberikan adalah 68% terhadap resiliensi narapidana dengan dari hasil uji dapat dilihat nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah 0,038 pada instrumen dukungan sosial keluarga dan 0,000 pada instrument dukungan sosial pembinaan dan menunjukkan bahwa H01 ditolak dan H11 diterima, H02 ditolak dan H12 diterima. Peneltian ini memberikan informasi bahwa dukungan sosial termasuk faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi pada narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II B Kuala Simpang Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang.

ABSTRACT Social support is one of the factors that greatly influences the psychological condition that strengthens him in serving his sentence. Social support can be provided through emotional support, cognitive support and material support. With the provision of this support, it is able to make assistance adaptable and have a calm psychological condition while serving his sentence. Such as the attainment of being able to behave positively through the strengthening effect obtained from social support. This study aims to see and find out how much influence social support has on the resilience of assistance in class II B correctional institutions in Kuala Simpang. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method that emphasizes objective phenomena that are studied quantitatively. The theory used is social exchange theory from George Homans and social support theory from B.F Skinner. The results of this study show several conclusions from the results of the analysis by researchers, namely the results of the test of the influence of the social influence variable on resilience are positive. This can be seen from the coefficient of determination of the family social support variable on the resilience variable of 0.207, which means that the magnitude of the influence given is 20%, while from coaching social support the value is 0.682, which means that the influence given is 68% on lesson resilience with the results The test can be seen that the significance value obtained is 0.038 in the family social support instrument and 0.000 in the coaching social support instrument and shows that H01 is rejected and H11 is accepted, H02 is rejected and H12 is accepted. This research provides information that social support is one of the factors that influence resistance to assistance in the Class II B Penitentiary in Kuala Simpang, Aceh Tamiang District.
