Prarancangan pabrik minyak goreng (olein) ini menggunakan bahan baku
utama minyak kelapa sawit (Crude Palm Oil) yang diperoleh dari PT SOCFINDO
Seunangan. Pabrik ini beroperasi selama 330 hari/tahun dengan kapasitas produksi
300.000 ton/tahun. Perseroan Terbatas (PT) adalah bentuk perusahaan yang
direncanakan dengan menggunakan struktur garis dan staff. Jumlah tenaga kerja
yang dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini sebanyak 115 orang. Lokasi
pabrik direncanakan didirikan di Desa Suak Puntong, Kec. Kuala Pesisir, Kab.
Nagan Raya, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam dengan luas tanah 50.000 m2
. Kebutuhan
air untuk pabrik ini sebesar 43.399,34 kg/jam yang diperoleh dari sungai Krueng
Trang. Sumber listrik diperoleh dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) dan
generator dengan daya 1.765,73 kW/jam.
Hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut:
- Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) =Rp. 848.003.568.243,22
- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 212.000.892.060,80
- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 1.060.004.460.304,02
- Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp. 13.368.970.382.385,90
- Sales Cost (SC) = Rp. 13.814.203.786.059,60
- Laba Bersih = Rp. 333.925.052.755,30
- POT = 4,5 tahun
- Break Event Point (BEP) = 34,37%
- Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 23,25 %
The design of this cooking oil(olein) factory uses the main raw material for palm oil(Crude Palm Oil) obtain from PT SOCFINDO Seunangan. This factory operates for 330 days/a year. Limited Liability Company(PT) is a planned company for using a line and staff structure. The number of workers needed to run this company is 115 people. The factory location is planned to be established in Suak Puntong Village, Kec. Kuala Pesisir, Kab. Nagan Raya, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalaam with a land area of 50,000 m2 . The water requirement for this factory is 43.399,34 kg/jam obtained from the river Krueng Trang. The source of electricity is obtained from the State Electricity Company(PLN) and generates power 1.765,73 kW/jam.
