Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Leverage dan Corporate Governance Terhadap Financial Distress Pada Perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas dan Transportasi Yang Tercatat Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sebanyak 33 perusahaan infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini, dari populasi sebanyak 63 perusahaan. Pengujian ini dilakukan selama lima tahun, yaitu priode 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan merode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuntitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalag data sekunder, yaitu data kuantitatif yang meliputi data profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, dan corporate governance pada perusahaan Infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dugunakan adalah data panel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis logistic dengan program SPSS (Statistical Pakage For Social Science) versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Retun on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap financial distress, likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current ratio berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress, leverage yang diukur dengan Debt to Ttotal Asset (DTA) berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress dan Gender Diversity tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress

This study aims to measure the Influence of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Corporate Governance on Financial Distress in the Infrastructure, Utilities, and Transportation Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample consists of 33 infrastructure, utilities, and transportation companies, selected from a population of 63 companies. The study was conducted over a five-year period, from 2017 to 2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. This research adopts a quantitative approach, using secondary data, which includes quantitative data on profitability, liquidity, leverage, and corporate governance of infrastructure, utilities, and transportation companies. The data collection technique used was panel data. The analytical method employed was logistic analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 26.Based on the analysis, it was found that profitability, measured by Return on Asset (ROA), has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Liquidity, measured by Current Ratio, also has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Leverage, measured by Debt to Total Asset (DTA), has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on financial distress, while Gender Diversity does not have a significant effect on financial distress.
