Tingginya permintaan perjalanan dan tidaktersedianya sarana transportasi massal secara merata mengakibatkan masyarakat tergantung pada moda transportasi pribadi termasuk dalam kegiatan berwisata, hal ini menyebabkan kemacetan, emisi, kebisingan serta meningkatnya potensi kecelakaan. Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Aceh berkolaborasi dengan Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Disbudpar) Aceh meluncurkan program bus Trans Meudiwana yang disediakan untuk para wisatawan guna meningkatkan perkembangan dalam lingkup kepariwisataan. Berdasarkan dari hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan studi analisis kinerja operasional Trans Meudiwana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis parameter kinerja bus Trans Meudiwana yang melayani rute Masjid Raya Baiturrahman – Lampuuk serta mengukur kepuasan pengguna atas pelaksanaan kinerja bus. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengukur kepuasan penumpang atas pelaksanaan kinerja bus Trans Meudiwana adalah metode Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA). Diambil sebanyak 100 jumlah sampel dari populasi penumpang pada rute yang telah disebutkan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian responden sebesar 91,49% yang artinya pengguna merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Untuk peningkatan kualitas pelayanan bus Trans Meudiwana pemerintah diharapkan memperbaiki atribut yang berada dalam kuadran I agar kualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan pengguna lebih optimal.

The high demand for travel and the uneven availability of public transportation have led to the reliance of the community on private transportation, including for tourism activities. This has resulted in traffic congestion, emissions, noise, and an increase in the potential for accidents. The Aceh Department of Transportation (Dishub) has collaborated with the Aceh Department of Culture and Tourism (Disbudpar) to launch the Meudiwana program, aimed enhancing development. This program is designed for tourists to improve the tourism sector. Based on this situation, there is a need to conduct a study analyzing the operational performance of Trans Meudiwana, which has been in operation for four mounts. The objective of this research is to analyze the performance parameters of the Trans Meudiwana bus, which serves the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman – Ulee Lheue route (in Banda Aceh) and the Masjid Raya Baiturrahman – Lampuuk route (in Aceh Besar district). Additionally, the research aims to measure user satisfaction with the bus’s performace. The importance-Performace Analysis (IPA) method is used to assess passenger satisfaction with the performance of the Trans Meudiwana bus. A total of 100 samples were taken from the passenger population on the mentioned routes. The analysis results indicate a response compatibility level of 91,49%, indicating the users are satisfied with the provided services. For the improvement of Trans Meudiwana bus service quality, the government is expected to enhance attributes in quadrant I so that the perceived service quality by users becomes more optimal.
