Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Aceh yang disebut DPRA merupakan salah satu lembaga yang mewakili masyarakat dalam pemerintahannya. Terdapat tiga fungsi utama DPRA yaitu fungsi legislasi, anggaran dan pengawasan. Fungsi pengawasan memberikan suatu tujuan agar tercapainya pemerintahan yang baik dan berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Tahun 2022 APBA berhasil peningkatkan target realisasi dan mengurangi terjadinya Silpa. Realisasi APBA 2022 merupakan realisasi tertinggi sejak 5 tahun terakhir, dengan Silpa 0,9 persen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi fungsi pengawasan DPRA terhadap keberhasilan peningkatan target realisasi APBA tahun anggaran 2022 di Provinsi Aceh dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi fungsi pengawasan DPRA dalam peningkatan target realisasi APBA tahun anggaran 2022 di Provinsi Aceh. Perspektif teori yang digunakan yaitu teori trias politica yang dikemukan oleh Montesquieu yaitu pemisah kekuasaan menjadi 3, legislatif, eksekutif dan yudikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa DPRA melakukan pengesahan APBA dengan tepat waktu, membangun kerjasama yang baik antar Legislatif dan Eksekutif, serta DPRA melakukan pengawasan dalam bidang pemerintahan dengan baik, akan tetapi masih ada faktor yang menghambat dalam pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan, seperti campur tangan DPRA terhadap pelaksanaan pokok pikiran yang DPRA usulkan. Terkait realisasi APBA tahun anggaran 2022 sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal itu dapat dilihat dari realisasi APBA yang meningkat sejak 5 tahun terakhir dan tahun 2022 merupakan realisasAPBA tertinggi.

The Aceh People's Representative Council, referred to as DPRA, is one of the institutions that represent the community in its government. There are three main functions of the DPRA, namely the functions of legislation, budget and supervision. The supervisory function provides a goal for the achievement of good governance and runs in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. In 2022 APBA successfully increased the realization target and reduced the occurrence of Silpa. APBA 2022 realization is the highest realization since the last 5 years, with Silpa 0.9 percent. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the DPRA's supervisory function on the success of increasing the APBA realization target for fiscal year 2022 in Aceh Province and what factors influence the DPRA's supervisory function in increasing the APBA realization target for fiscal year 2022 in Aceh Province. The theoretical perspective used is the theory of trias politica put forward by Montesquieu, namely the separation of power into 3, legislative, executive and judicial. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the DPRA approves the APBA in a timely manner, builds good cooperation between the Legislature and the Executive, and the DPRA conducts supervision in the field of government properly, but there are still factors that hinder the implementation of the supervisory function, such as DPRA interference with the implementation of the main ideas that the DPRA proposes. Regarding the realization of APBA in the 2022 fiscal year, it has been going well, it can be seen from the realization of APBA which has increased since the last 5 years and 2022 is the highest APBA realization.
