ABSTRAK

PT. Angkasa Pura Kargo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada pelayanan jasa kebandarudaraan yang mengelola proses incoming dan outgoing muatan kargo. Aktivitas pelayanan terdiri dari beberapa rangkaian distribusi pada lokasi gudang Angkasa Pura Kargo. Dalam upaya mereduksi pemborosan pada aktivitas gudang, penerapan lean dapat digunakan untuk mencari penyebab pemborosan dengan metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM) serta melalui pendekatan Proses Activity Mapping (PAM). Analisis waste dan analisis 5 Whys diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis waste serta penyebab akar permasalahaan pada pemborosan. OMAX Modelling digunakan untuk melihat indeks produktivitas kinerja pada gudang. Penentuan Proses Activity Mapping (PAM) pada proses incoming terdiri dari 15 kegiatan dalam 7 stasiun kerja, sedangkan pada proses outgoing terdiri dari 16 kegiatan dalam 7 stasiun kerja. Hasil lead time Current State Mapping (CSM) dan Future State Map (FSM) stasiun incoming yakni sebesar 272,38 menit dan 263,46 menit, sehingga terdapat pengurangan sebanyak 8,92 menit. Adapun lead time Current State Mapping (CSM) dan Future State Map (FSM) outgoing sebesar 140,19 menit dan 114,09 menit, sehingga pengurangan lead time yakni sebesar 26,10 menit. Pada pengidentifikasian pemborosan dengan analisis waste, terdapat tiga waste kategori tinggi yaitu Overproduction, Not Utilizing dan Unnecessary Inventory. Pengukuran OMAX menunjukkan bahwa indeks produktivitas kinerja yang diperoleh pada bulan terakhir yaitu sebesar -40% yang berarti produktivitas menurun sebanyak 40% dan produktivitas kinerjanya yakni sebesar 60%.

ABSTRACT PT. Angkasa Pura Kargo is a company engaged in airport services that manages the process of incoming and outgoing cargo loads. Service activities consist of several distribution series at the Angkasa Pura Kargo warehouse location. In an effort to reduce waste in warehouse activities, the application of lean can be used to find the causes of waste using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method and through the Process Activity Mapping (PAM) approach. Waste analysis and 5 Whys analysis are needed to identify the type of waste and the root cause of the problem in wastage. OMAX Modeling is used to see the performance productivity index in the warehouse. Determination of the Activity Mapping Process (PAM) in the incoming process consists of 15 activities in 7 work stations, while the outgoing process consists of 16 activities in 7 work stations. The results of the Lead Time Current State Mapping (CSM) and Future State Map (FSM) for incoming stations are 272.38 minutes and 263.46 minutes, so there is a reduction of 8.92 minutes. The outgoing Current State Mapping (CSM) and Future State Map (FSM) lead times were 140.19 minutes and 114.09 minutes, so the lead time reduction was 26.10 minutes. In identifying waste based on waste analysis, there are three high categories of waste, which is Overproduction, Not Utilizing and Unnecessary Inventory. OMAX measurements show that the performance productivity index obtained in the last month is -40%, which means that productivity has decreased by 40% and performance productivity is only 60%.
