ABSTRAK
Sampah adalah sisa kegiatan sehari-hari manusia atau proses alam yang berbentuk padat. Kota Aceh adalah salah satu wilayah dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin meningkat dan padat oleh angka kelahiran maupun pendatang. Karena hal tersebut akan timbul permasalahan di mana semakin meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, maka semakin besar pula sampah yang dihasilkan. Permasalahan tersebut akan menimbulkan terbentuknya Lokasi Pembuangan Sampah (LPS) ilegal karena daya tampung Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Sementara (TPS) yang membludak dalam masyarakat didaerah tersebut tidak mendapatkan layanan pengangkutan sampah secara merata. Penelitian ini sendiri bertujuan untuk membangun WebGIS Pengelolaan Sampah di Kota Banda Aceh dan Sekitarnya. Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah, melakukan studi literatur, pengumpulan data, analisa kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem beserta basis data, pembuatan sistem, dan terakhir melakukan uji coba dan evaluasi. Pembuatan sistem WebGIS ini menggunakan Laravel dan menggunakan library javaScript yaitu leaflet untuk menampilkan peta interaktif persebaran titik fasilitas pengelolaan sampah di Kota Banda Aceh dan Sekitarnya beserta rutenya. Fitur pengajuan penjemputan sampah yang diajukan oleh masyarakat sehingga didapatkan titik koordinat lokasi sampah baik itu di rumah masyarakat ataupun di lokasi lain, sehingga memudahkan pihak terkait untuk melakukan penjemputan sampah. Pengujian WebGIS pengelolaan sampah menggunakan metode Use Questionnaire dengan 100 responden. Hasil dari pengujian WebGIS menghasilkan nilai 89% dan menunjukkan bahwa WebGIS Pengelolaan Sampah di Kota Banda Aceh dan Sekitarnya sangat layak digunakan oleh masyarakat umum.

ABSTRACT Garbage is the residue of human daily activities or natural processes in solid form. The city of Aceh is one of the areas with an increasing population growth rate and is densely packed with birth rates and immigrants. Because of this, problems will arise where the increasing number of residents, the greater the amount of waste produced. This problem will lead to the formation of illegal Garbage Disposal Sites (LPS) due to the overflowing capacity of Temporary Waste Disposal Sites (TPS) and the people in the area do not get waste transportation services evenly. This research itself aims to build a WebGIS for Waste Management in the City of Banda Aceh and its Surroundings. The stages of this research started from identifying problems, conducting literature studies, collecting data, analyzing system requirements, designing systems and databases, building systems, and finally conducting trials and evaluations. Making this WebGIS system uses Laravel and uses a JavaScript library, namely a leaflet to display an interactive map of the distribution of points of waste management facilities in Banda Aceh City and its surroundings and their routes. The feature for submitting garbage pick-up is proposed by the community so that the coordinates of the garbage location can be obtained, either at the community's house or at another location, making it easier for related parties to pick up trash. WebGIS testing of waste management uses the Use Questionnaire method with 100 respondents. The results of the WebGIS test produced a value of 89% and showed that the WebGIS Waste Management in Banda Aceh City and its Surroundings was very suitable for use by the general public.
