Trans Koetaradja merupakan salah satu moda transportasi umum di wilayah Kota Banda Aceh dan sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, halte sebagai tempat pemberhentian kendaraan untuk menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang bus Trans Koetaradja seharusnya memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. Diharapkan adanya fasilitas halte Trans Koetaradja sesuai standar yang berlaku, sehingga pengguna akan merasa puas terhadap pelayanan halte. Tujuan penelitian ialah evaluasi kinerja halte Trans Koetaradja koridor 1 dengan analisis kondisi eksisting halte dibandingkan kriteria fasilitas utama dan mengevaluasi kinerja pelayanan halte menurut SPM No PM 27 Tahun 2015. Kinerja pelayanan halte berdasarkan SPM dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Hasil kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa beberapa kriteria fasilitas utama dan tambahan yang belum memenuhi standar seperti lampu penerangan dan telepon umum. Tingkat kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja adalah sebesar 80,93%. Secara umum pengguna halte kurang merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan halte. Dari hasil perhitungan IPA yang terbagi dalam 4 kuadran dapat diusulkan suatu perbaikan. Prioritas utama untuk perbaikan pada kuadran II yaitu atribut ruang khusus untuk kursi roda.

Trans Koetaradja is a mode of public transportation in the City of Banda Aceh and its surroundings. Therefore, the bus stop as a place to stop vehicles to raise and lower passengers on the Trans Koetaradja bus should provide maximum service. It is hoped that there will be Trans Koetaradja bus stop facilities according to applicable standards so that users will feel satisfied with the bus stop services. The study aimed to evaluate the performance of the Trans Koetaradja corridor 1 bus stop by analyzing the existing condition of the bus stop compared to the main facility criteria and evaluating the performance of the bus stop according to SPM No PM 27 of 2015. The bus stop service performance based on the SPM was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine the level of suitability of the level of importance and level of performance. From the results of the study, it was found that several criteria for main and additional facilities did not meet standards such as lighting and public telephones. The level of agreement between the level of importance and the level of performance is 80.93%, in general, the bus stop users are not satisfied with the quality of the bus stop service. From the results of the IPA calculation which is divided into 4 quadrants, an improvement can be proposed. The main priority for improvement in quadrant II is the attribute of a special room for wheelchairs.
