 <note>Musyarakah is financing based on a cooperation agreement between two or more parties for a certain business, in which each party contributes funds provided that the benefits and risks will be certified together in accordance with the agreement of the parties. This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, religiosity, promotion and service quality on the perceptions of MSME actors regarding musyarakah financing in Sharia Banking in Banda Aceh City. The data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population of this study is MSME actors domiciled in Banda Aceh. The study involved 100 respondents who were netted using the slovin formula. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. The data of this study were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study show that financial literacy, religiosity and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the perception of MSME actors regarding musyarakah financing in Islamic Banking in Banda Aceh City. Meanwhile, the promotion variable negatively affects the perception of MSME actors. It is hoped that Islamic banks can increase socialization and promotion of musyarakah financing in order to improve the perception of MSME actors and also the wider community. &#13;
