Tugas perkembangani adalah tugas-tugas yang harus diselesaikani individu pada periode kehidupan tertentu; dan apabila berhasili mencapainya mereka akan berbahagia, tetapii sebaliknya apabila mereka gagal akan mengalami hambatan dan kesulitan pada periode berikutnya. Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Capaian Tugas Perkembangan Siswa dan Implikasinya Terhadap Program Layanan Bimbingan Dan Konseling (Studi Terhadap Siswa SMAN 3 Banda Aceh)”, bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana capaian tugas perkembangan peserta didik di SMAN 3 Banda Aceh dan pengembangan dalam program layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deksriptif. Populasi berjumlah 900 siswa namun untuk jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 orang siswa. Jenis teknik analisis data adalah Analisis statistiki deskriptif dan analisis tugas perkembangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa capaian tugas perkembangan siswa/siswi SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh berada pada tingkat seksama (Ska), dilihat dari nilai rata-rata capaian tugas perkembangan secara keseluruhannya yaitu 4.61. Adapun aspek-aspek yang berada dibawah skor rata-rata kelompok diantaranya adalah Landasan Hidup Religius, Kematangan Emosional, Kematangan Intelektual, Kemandirian Perilaku Ekonomi, Wawasan dan Persiapan Karir. Aspek tugas perkembangan yang masih kurang memerlukan bantuan guru bimbingan dan konseling melalui bimbingan kelompok dan bimbingan klasikal.

Developmental tasks are tasks that individuals must complete at a certain period of life; and if they succeed in achieving it they will be happy, but on the contrary if they fail they will experience obstacles and difficulties in the next period. This study entitled "Analysis of Student Development Task Achievements and Their Implications for the Guidance and Counseling Service Program (Study of Students of SMAN 3 Banda Aceh)", aims to see how the achievement of student development tasks at SMAN 3 Banda Aceh and development in the Guidance and Counseling service program . The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive quantitative research type. The population is 900 students but the number of research samples is 100 students. The types of data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis and developmental task analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the achievement of developmental tasks for students of SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh is at the thorough level (Ska), seen from the overall average score of developmental task achievements, which is 4.61. The aspects that are below the group's average score include the Foundation of Religious Life, Emotional Maturity, Intellectual Maturity, Independent Economic Behavior, Insights and Career Preparation.
