Arsip memiliki peran penting pada suatu institusi yaitu sebagai salah satu jenis sumber informasi. Hal ini menjadikan arsip dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bukti didalam pengambilan keputusan secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan terhadap penggunaan Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital, proses penerapan arsip skripsi berbasis digital, serta tanggapan responden terkait penerapan arsip skripsi berbasis digital. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen terapan dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan objek penelitian adalah Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital yang digunakan untuk penerapan arsip skripsi berbasis digital sedangkan subjek penelitian terdiri 4 responden. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui eksperimen dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pemaparan secara naratif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, teknik penggunaan Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital mudah digunakan dan mudah dipahami untuk pengguna baru, penggunaan Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital ini memerlukan pengaktifan server localhost pada XAMPP agar sistem dapat dijalankan. Proses penerapan arsip skripsi berbasis digital pada sistem dengan mempelajari fungsi dari fitur-fitur yang terdapat dalam sistem tersebut. Dapat dilanjutkan dengan mengarsipkan skripsi secara digital. Tanggapan responden terhadap hasil penerapan arsip skripsi berbasis digital Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital sangat membantu proses mengarsipkan skripsi. Tampilan pada Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital sederhana, sehingga mudah digunakan dan dipahami oleh pengguna dan petugas. Sistem Informasi Arsip Digital ini efektif dan efisien dalam membantu mengarsipkan skripsi secara digital. Saran dari peneliti Sistem Informasi Arsip digital dapat diimplementasikan pada Prodi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga, FKIP USK.

Archives have an important role in an institution, namely as a type of information source. This makes the archive can be used as evidence in making the right decision. This study aims to again knowledge on the use of Digital Archive Information Systems, the process of implementing digital-based thesis archives, as well as respondents responses regarding the application of digital-based thesis archives. The type of research used is applied experimental research and a qualitatitve approach with the research object being the Digital Archive Information System used for the application of digital-based thesis archives while the research subjects consisted of 4 respondents. Data collection was obtained through experiments and interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out with a narrative presentation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the technique of using the Digital Archive Information System is easy to use and easy to understand for new users, the use of this Digital Archive Information System requires activating the localhost server on XAMPP so that the system can run. The process of implementing digital-based thesis archives on the system by studying the functions of the features contained in the system. Can be continued by digitally archiving thesis. Respondents' responses to the results of implementing a digital-based thesis archive Digital Archive Information System greatly assisted the process of archiving thesis. The display on the Digital Archive Information System is simple, so it is easy to use and understand by users and officers. This Digital Archive Information System is effective and efficient in helping digitally archive theses. Suggestions from digital archive information system researchers can be implemented in the Family Welfare Education Study Program, FKIP USK.
