DETERMINAN FATIGUE PADA PASIEN KANKER PAYUDARA YANG MENJALANI KEMOTERAPI DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH PROVISI ACEH
ABSTRAK
Prevalensi kanker payudara merupakan angka kejadian sebagai kanker yang paling sering didiagnosis dan menyebabkan gangguan pada berbagai fungsi kehidupan pasien sehingga memerlukan terapi yang tepat salah satu terapi yang dijalani oleh pasien kanker payudara adalah kemoterapi. Terapi ini memberikan dampak bagi pasien, yaitu fatigue yang merupakan masalah yang paling umum dialami dan sangat mengganggu fungsi kehidupan pada pasien kanker payudara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan fatigue pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional study dengan teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode convinience sampling pada 153 pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di Pusat Onkologi RSUD Provinsi Aceh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Cancer Coping Questionnaire (CCQ), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) dan Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS). Data dianalisa secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan siklus kemoterapi (p=0,000, B= 2,869), komorbiditas (p=0,000, B=1,398) dan gejala penyerta (p=0,001, B=1,056) merupakan prediktor yang signifikan berhubungan dengan fatigue pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi. Dampak negatif dari kemoterapi, siklus kemoterapi, adanyan komorbiditas dan gejala penyerta pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi akan menyebabkan fatigue.

One of the therapies carried out by breast cancer patients is chemotherapy. This therapy has an impact on patients, namely fatigue which is the most common problem experienced and greatly disrupts the function of life in breast cancer patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The research design used was a cross-sectional study the sample selection technique using the convenience sampling method on 153 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at the Oncology Center at the Aceh Provincial Hospital. Data collection used a questionnaire, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), Cancer Coping Questionnaire (CCQ), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) and Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS). Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that simultaneous chemotherapy cycles (p=0.000, B=2.869), co-morbidity (p=0.000, B=1.398) and accompanying symptoms (p=0.001, B=1.056) were significant predictors related to fatigue in cancer patients. breast undergoing chemotherapy.
