Dinas Perhubungan Aceh menghadirkan Bus Feeder Trans Koetaradja sebagai
sarana transportasi umum untuk masyarakat guna menjangkau kawasan
pemukiman atau perumahan warga. Trans Koetaradja sulit untuk menjangkau
pemukiman yang berada di lokasi terpencil, sehingga masyarakat sulit untuk
menjangkau rute Trans Koetaradja yang tersedia. Untuk menjangkau kawasan
yang lebih merata hingga ke lokasi terpencil pada pemukiman masyarakat, dan
dapat mengurangi waktu perjalanan penumpang untuk mencapai tujuan,
direncanakanlah KBLBB (Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai) sebagai
transportasi publik sekala kecil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui
karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dan faktor–faktor yang berpengaruh dalam
preferensi penggunaan feeder bus Trans Koetaradja dan KBLBB dengan
menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian ini menggunakan
data Stated Preference (SP) dengan jumlah 200 responden dengan penyebaran
kuesioner. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan pada pengguna Trans Koetaradja dan
penduduk pada sekitaran wilayah rute feeder 7 (Masjid Raya Baiturrahman –
Lambaro) via Lueng Bata. Indikator tertinggi dari hasil persepsi masyarakat
adalah lebih mudah terjangkau ke daerah pemukiman warga yang lebih spesifik
dengan nilai rata-rata 3,39, hal ini dikarenakan masyarakat mengeluh jarak
tempuh yang terlalu jauh dari rumahnya ke shelter/halte sehingga akan terlambat
melakukan aktivitas, maka dari itu masyarakat menerima dengan adanya KBLBB
ini. Hasil pemodelan SEM CFA menghasilkan model pengukuran yang signifikan
antara "aksesibilitas" yang mempengaruhi "kenyamanan" (t-value = 6,216).
Indikator-indikator dalam konstruk "aksesibilitas" adalah faktor-faktor yang
mempengaruhi "kenyamanan".

Aceh Transportation Department presents Trans Koetaradja Feeder Bus as a public transportation facility for the community to reach residential areas or housing. Trans Koetaradja is difficult to reach remote residential areas, making it difficult for the community to reach the available Trans Koetaradja route. To reach more evenly distributed areas, including remote locations in community settlements, and to reduce passenger travel time to reach their destination, KBLBB (Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicles) are planned as small-scale public transportation. The aim of this study is to identify the characteristics of travelers and factors that influence the choice of transportation mode between Trans Koetaradja Feeder Bus and KBLBB using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study used Stated Preference (SP) data with a total of 200 respondents through questionnaires distributed to Trans Koetaradja users and residents in the surrounding area of feeder route 7 (Masjid Raya Baiturrahman - Lambaro) via Lueng Bata. The highest indicator of community perception is easier access to more specific residential areas with an average value of 3.39, as the community complained of the distance from their homes to the shelter/halte, which would cause delays in their activities. Therefore, the community accepts the existence of KBLBB. The results of the SEM CFA modeling revealed a statistically significant relationship between the "accessibility" construct and the "comfort" construct, with a t-value of 6.216. This indicates that the factors included in the "accessibility" construct significantly impact the level of "comfort" experienced.
