Laporan Kerja Praktik (LKP) merupakan tugas akhir mahasiswa program Diploma 3 Akuntansi Universitas Syiah Kuala yang telah menyelesaikan Praktik Kerja Lapangan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Prosedur Pencatatan Pendapatan Unit Usaha Body Butter pada Koperasi Inovac seluruhnya berasal dari penjualan koperasi. Untuk memperoleh data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan guna menyusun LKP ini, penulis menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, pengamatan, dan melakukan wawancara dengan beberapa karyawan Koperasi Inovac (Atsiri Research Center).
Berdasarkan pembahasan yang terdapat dalam Laporan Kerja Praktik ini, Prosedur Pendapatan Unit Usaha Body Butter Pada Koperasi Inovac yaitu melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan catatan data transaksi keuangan serta informasi dari suatu entitas ekonomi guna menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang memenuhi definisi entitas tanpa akuntabilitas public yang sifnifikan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan. Tetapi, belum sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi yang berlaku.
Kesimpulan dari LKP ini adalah Prosedur Pencatatan Pendapatan Unit Usaha Body Butter Pada Koperasi Inovac yang diberikan oleh Koperasi Inovac (Atsiri Research Center) masih bersifat laporan penerimaan dan penggunaan dana yang sederhana yaitu dicatat menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel pada komputer.

Practical Work Report (LKP) is the final project of Diploma 3 Accounting program students at Syiah Kuala University who have completed Field Work Practices. This writing aims to find out the Procedure for Recording Revenue of the Body Butter Business Unit at the Inovac Cooperative entirely from cooperative sales. To obtain the data and information needed to compile this LKP, the authors used the methods of library research, observation, and conducted interviews with several employees of the Inovac Cooperative (Atsiri Research Center). Based on the discussion contained in this Practical Work Report, the Revenue Procedure for the Body Butter Business Unit at the Inovac Cooperative is to prepare financial reports based on records of financial transaction data and information from an economic entity in order to produce financial reports that meet the definition of an entity without significant public accountability as stipulated set. However, it is not in accordance with the applicable Accounting Standards. The conclusion from this LKP is that the Procedure for Recording Income of the Body Butter Business Unit at the Inovac Cooperative provided by the Inovac Cooperative (Atsiri Research Center) is still a simple report on the receipt and use of funds, which is recorded using the Microsoft Excel application on a computer.
