Skin flaps adalah teknik pembedahan untuk menutupi luka pada kulit, dimana flap ditarik dari satu bagian tubuh ke bagian tubuh lainnya dan tetap menjaga hubungan peredaran darah dengan jaringan asal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian PKT dan moist dressing terhadap penyembuhan linear skin flap pada kucing domestik (Felis catus domesticus) melalui observasi subjektif dan objektif. Penelitian menggunakan 6 ekor kucing domestik jantan berumur 1-2 tahun dengan berat badan (BB) 2-4 kg yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan. Kulit di regio abdomen diambil sebesar 2 x 2 cm untuk dijadikan sebagai kulit donor auto skin graft, luka regio abdomen ditutup dengan teknik linear skin flap. Luka Kelompok 1 (K-I) dirawat dengan moist dressing dan kelompok 2 (K-II) dirawat dengan pemberian PKT dan moist dressing. Pengamatan subjektif meliputi perubahan warna kulit donor dan uji respon nyeri menunjukan kesembuhan yang lebih baik pada K-II dengan perbedaan signifikan (P

Skin flaps are a surgical technique to cover wounds on the skin, where the flaps are pulled from one part of the body to another and still maintain a circulatory connection with the tissue of origin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of PRP and moist dressing on the healing of linear skin flaps in domestic cats (Felis catus domesticus) through subjective and objective observations. The study used 6 male domestic cats aged 1-2 years with a body weight (BW) of 2-4 kg divided into 2 treatment groups. The skin in the abdominal region was taken as 2 x 2 cm to be used as donor skin auto skin graft, the abdominal region wound was closed with linear skin flap technique. Group 1 (K-I) wounds were treated with moist dressing and group 2 (K-II) wounds were treated with PKT and moist dressing. Subjective observations including changes in donor skin color and pain response test showed better healing in K-II with significant differences (P
