Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) adalah salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk membangkitkan kembali ekonomi akibat krisis Covid-19 di Indonesia, Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro (BPUM) adalah bagian dari Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional untuk pelaku usaha mikro yang terdampak Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro bagi kesejahteraan pelaku usaha mikro saat Covid di Kota Banda Aceh. Diukur melalui tingkat pemahaman dan aksesibilitas, kriteria penerima, dan peruntukan dana terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku usaha mikro yang diukur dengan pendapatan pelaku usaha mikro setelah menerima Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 153 responden dan dilakukan wawancara kepada 3 responden terpilih. Hasilnya, program Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro sangat berpengaruh positif bagi kesejahteraan pelaku usaha mikro. Pemahaman dan aksesibilitas yang baik, kriteria penerima yang sesuai dan peruntukan dana yang tepat membuat program ini berjalan sesuai fungsinya di Kota Banda Aceh.

National Economic Recovery (PEN) is one of the government's efforts to revive the economy due to the Covid-19 crisis in Indonesia, Micro Business Productive Assistance (BPUM) is a part of the National Economic Recovery for micro-business entrepreneurs affected by Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of micro business productive assistance on the welfare of micro entrepreneurs during Covid in the city of Banda Aceh. Measured through the level of understanding and accessibility, recipient criteria, and allocation of funds for the welfare of micro-enterprises as measured from the income of micro-enterprises after receiving micro business productive assistance. This study is a field study using a qualitative approach. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to 153 respondents and conducting interviews with 3 selected respondents. As a result, the micro business productive assistance program has a very positive impact on the welfare of microentrepreneurs. Good understanding and accessibility, the right criteria for beneficiaries and the right allocation of funds make this program run according to its function in the city of Banda Aceh.
