ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan daerah Pemerintah Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan Pemerintah Aceh tahun 2018-2020. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data laporan keuangan Pemerintah Aceh tahun 2018-2020. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: Dokumentasi, kajian literatur, dan mengakses website. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan menggunakan rasio efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio kesesuaian, rasio pertumbuhan, dan rasio fleksibilitas keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasio efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) efektif, rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah efisien, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah menunjukkan daerah masih sangat bergantung pada pemerintah pusat, rasio kesesuaian menunjukkan alokasi belanja operasional lebih besar dari belanja modal, rasio pertumbuhan menunjukkan pertumbuhan positif terhadap realisasi pendapatan total. realisasi PAD, dan realisasi belanja operasional, sementara realisasi belanja modal mengalami penurunan, rasio fleksibilitas keuangan menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Aceh mampu menghadapi kejadian tak terduga dengan rata-rata 2,25 kali.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the regional financial performance of the Aceh Government. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Population in this study is the financial statements of the Government of Aceh for 2018-2020. The subject in this study is the Government of Aceh. This study uses secondary data in the form of data from the financial statements of the Government of Aceh for 2018-2020. The data collection methods used are: Documentation, literature review, and accessing the website. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive quantitative using financial ratios. Financial performance is measured using the Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) effectiveness ratio, the regional financial efficiency ratio, the regional financial independence ratio, the compatibility ratio, the growth ratio, and the financial flexibility ratio. The results show that the Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) effectiveness ratio is effective, the regional financial efficiency ratio is efficient, the regional financial independence ratio shows that the region is still very dependent on the central government, the compatibility ratio shows that the allocation of operating expenditures is greater than capital expenditures, the growth ratio shows positive growth for total revenue realization, the realization of PAD, and the realization of operating expenditures, while the realization of capital expenditures decreased, the financial flexibility ratio showed that the Aceh Government was able to deal with unexpected events with an average of 2.25 times.
