ABSTRAK


Pendidikan sekolah dasar merupakan pendidikan anak yang berusia antara 7 sampai dengan 13 tahun. Informasi mengenai sekolah dasar yang terdapat di suatu wilayah merupakan hal yang banyak dicari oleh masyarakat. Informasi yang umumnya dicari yaitu seperti lokasi, akreditasi, jumlah guru dan jumlah murid di sekolah tersebut. Informasi masalah penyebaran guru yang tidak merata juga sangat diperlukan oleh pemerintah dalam melakukan pemantauan terhadap penyebaran guru. Pemanfaatan teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang digunakan di bidang pendidikan memudahkan pemerintah mengatasi masalah pendidikan yang terdapat pada suatu daerah. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis WebGIS dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter dan library Leaflet. Usability WebGIS sekolah dasar ini di uji menggunakan metode USE (Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of use) Questionnaire. Terdapat 4 aspek pengujian dengan menggunakan metode USE Questionnaire dan hasil pengujian untuk user masyarakat umum dan user Dinas Pendidikan yaitu pada Usefulness sejumlah 87.08%. Pada aspek Ease of Use sejumlah 86.54%. Pada aspek Easy of Learning sejumlah 86.06%. Pada aspek Satisfaction sejumlah 88.02%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata dari keseluruhan nilai kelayakan pada user masyarakat umum dan user Dinas Pendidikan sejumlah 86.92% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa WebGIS termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak.

ABSTRACT Elementary school education is the education of children aged between 7 to 13 years. Information about elementary schools in an area is what the community is looking for. Information that is generally sought is such as location, accreditation, number of teachers, and number of students in the school. Information on the problem of uneven distribution of teachers is also really needed by the government in monitoring the distribution of teachers. The utilization of Geographic Information System (GIS) technology used in the education sector makes it easier for the government to overcome educational problems that exist in an area. Therefore, the author tries to build a WebGIS-based application using the Codeigniter framework and the Leaflet library. The usability of the elementary school WebGIS was tested using the USE (Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of use) Questionnaire method. There are 4 aspects of testing using the USE Questionnaire method and the test results for user of the general public and users of the Education Office, namely Usefulness of 87.08%. In the aspect of Ease of Use, it is 86.54%. The Ease of Learning aspect is 86.06%. On the Satisfaction aspect, it is 88.02%. The test results show that the average value overall feasibility value for general public users and Education Office users it is 86.92% so it can be concluded that WebGIS is included in the very feasible category.
