Korupsi merupakan perilaku pidana yang sangat merugikan banyak masyarakat yang biasanya dilakukan oleh pejabat publik yang dipilih oleh masyarakat sendiri. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan masih terdapat sebagian anggota yang ikut mencalonkan dirinya dalam agenda pemluli, seperti yang terjadi dalam pemilu di Aceh tahun 2019. Oleh karena itu penting kiranya dilakukan kajian terhadap integritas lembaga pelaksana pemilu tersebut, salah satunya ialah PANWASLIH Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Panwaslih Provinsi Aceh dalam penyelesaian sangketa terkait pencalonan mantan narapidana korupsi pada pemilu legislatif di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2019 dan integritas Panwaslih Provinsi Aceh dalam penyelesaian sangketa terkait pencalonan mantan narapidana korupsi pada pemilu legislatif di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori moralitas Immanuel Kant. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini terdiri pihak PANWASLIH, KIP, KPU dan pengamat politik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dukumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa peran Panwaslih Provinsi Aceh dalam penyelesaian sangketa terkait pencalonan mantan narapidana korupsi pada pemilu legislatif di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2019 dilakukan dengan mengawasi proses pencalonan mantan narapidana kuropsi sebagai perserta Pemilu 2019, memastikan terpenuhinya seluruh syarat pencalonan mantan nara pidana koruptor pada Pileg 2019 serta menjalin komunikasi politik dengan partai politik pengusung mantan nara pidana koruptor pada Pileg 2019. Integritas Panwaslih Provinsi Aceh dalam penyelesaian sangketa terkait pencalonan mantan narapidana korupsi pada pemilu legislatif di Provinsi Aceh tahun 2019 ditinjau menurut teori moralitas yang dikemukakan Immanuel Kant sudah mengambarkan moralitas yang baik. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tidak melakukan konfromi politik dan konsisten pada peraturan perundang-undangan pemilu dan bersikap inddependan dalam memutuskan perkara Pemilihan Legislatif tahun 2019.

ABSTRACT Corruption is a criminal behavior that is very detrimental to many people, which is usually carried out by public officials who are elected by the people themselves. However, the reality on the ground is that there are still some members who are nominating themselves in the election organizers' agenda, as happened in the 2019 election in Aceh. Therefore it is important to conduct a study of the integrity of the election implementing bodies, one of which is the Aceh PANWASLIH. This study aims to determine the role of the Panwaslih of the Province of Aceh in resolving disputes related to the nomination of ex-corruption convicts in the 2019 legislative elections in Aceh Province and the integrity of the Panwaslih of the Province of Aceh in resolving disputes regarding the nomination of ex-corruption convicts in the legislative elections in Aceh Province in 2019. This research uses Immanuel Kant's theory of morality. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The informants for this study consisted of PANWASLIH, KIP, KPU and political observers. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of the Aceh Provincial Panwaslih in resolving disputes related to the nomination of ex-corruption convicts in the 2019 legislative elections in Aceh Province is carried out by supervising the process of nominating former corruption convicts as participants in the 2019 election, ensuring that all the requirements for the candidacy of former corrupt convicts in the 2019 legislative election are met. as well as establishing political communication with political parties supporting former corrupt convicts in the 2019 Pileg. The integrity of the Aceh Province Panwaslih in resolving disputes regarding the candidacy of former corruption convicts in the 2019 legislative elections in Aceh Province is reviewed according to the morality theory put forward by Immanuel Kant, which has illustrated good morality. This is done by not carrying out political conformity and being consistent with election laws and regulations and being independent in deciding cases for the 2019 Legislative Elections.
