Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana dampak Covid-19 dan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel yang telah dipilih terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha coffee shop di Kecamatan Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research). Jenis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif berupa jawaban responden terkait objek penelitian yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumbernya melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 dengan populasi penelitian adalah pelaku usaha coffee shop yang terdiri dari 11 Gampong. Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk memilih sampel yang mewakili populasi sebagai responden yaitu sebanyak 53 pelaku usaha. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired sampel t-tes dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak Covid-19 terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha coffee shop di Kecamatan Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh menurun dan mempengaruhi secara signifikan. Terjadinya penurunan pendapatan pelaku usaha coffee shop dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yaitu karena kurang lakunya dagangan pada saat datangnya pandemi Covid-19, sehingga pelaku usaha coffee shop tidak mengeluarkan modal dengan jumlah yang sama seperti sebelum adanya Covid-19. Jumlah tenaga kerja yang harus dikurangi karena tidak sesuai dengan pendapatan yang didapat dan pelaku usaha mengurangi jam operasional coffee shop karena Pemerintah menerapkan aturan seperti Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM), sehingga faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi penurunan pendapatan pelaku usaha coffee shop. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji F diketahui bahwa Modal, Jumlah tenaga kerja, dan Jam operasional secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha coffee shop. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan pelaku usaha coffee shop yaitu modal dan jam operasional dengan nilai koefisien yang dihasilkan adalah 24,9 persen. Oleh karena itu diharapkan Pemerintah Kota Banda Aceh pada masa mendatang saat menerapkan aturan seperti Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) agar memberikan kompensasi sehingga tidak memberatkan pelaku usaha coffee shop.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Covid-19 and how much influence the selected variables have on the income of coffee shop business owners in Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. The type of research carried out is field research (field research). The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data in the form of respondents' answers related to the research object obtained directly from the source through questionnaires. This research was conducted in 2022 with the research population being coffee shop business owners consisting of 11 Gampong. The Slovin formula was used to select a sample that represented the population as respondents, namely 53 business owners. The collected data were analyzed using paired t-test samples and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the impact of Covid-19 on the income of coffee shop business owners in Kuta Alam district, Banda Aceh City has decreased and affected significantly. The decline in the income of coffee shop business owners is influenced by various factors, namely due to the lack of selling merchandise at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, so that coffee shop business owners do not spend the same amount of capital as before the Covid-19. The number of workers that must be reduced because it is not in accordance with the income obtained and business actors reduce coffee shop operating hours because the Government implements rules such as the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), so that these factors affect the decline in the income of coffee shop business owners. Hypothesis testing using the F test is known that capital, number of workers, and operating hours together have an influence on the income of coffee shop business owners. Variables that have a significant influence on the income of coffee shop business actors are capital and operating hours with the resulting coefficient value of 24.9 percent. Therefore, it is hoped that the Banda Aceh City Government in the future when implementing rules such as the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) to provide compensation so as not to burden coffee shop business Owners.
