Proses keperawatan merupakan metode atau cara yang dilakukan oleh perawat yang bersifat ilmiah, sistematis, dinamis dan terus menerus serta berkesinambungan dalam rangka pemecahan masalah kesehatan agar kebutuhan dasar pasien tetap terpenuhi. Fenomena tidak terlaksananya proses keperawatan dengan baik di karenakan adanya perbedaan persepsi antar perawat, latar belakang pendidikan perawat, kurangnya pemahaman perawat, kurangnya motivasi perawat, dan perubahan tenaga kerja dan masih kurangnya sikap perawat dalam menjalankan proses keperawatan dengan baik dan sempurna. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dalam pelaksanaan proses keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Pidie. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 168 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti sebanyak 122 pernyataan. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan faktor kompetensi, imbalan dan supervisi. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak ada hubungan yaitu motivasi dan kepemimpinan dengan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan. Hasil penelitian analisis data dengan multivariat bahwa didapatkan dimensi yang paling dominan yaitu supervisi, artinya supervisi yang dilakukan dengan baik akan berpeluang 30 kali menghasilkan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan yang baik dibandingkan supervisi yang kurang. Penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada perawat pelaksana untuk menjalankan pelaksanaan proses keperawatan sesuai SNARS agar meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan pasien di rumah sakit umum daerah Kabupaten Pidie.

The phenomenon of not implementing the nursing process properly is due to differences in perceptions between nurses, educational background of nurses, lack of understanding of nurses, lack of motivation of nurses, and changes in workforce and still a lack of attitude of nurses in carrying out the nursing process properly and perfectly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the implementation of the nursing process at the Pidie District General Hospital. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The total sample is 168 respondents with the sampling method by means of purposive sampling. Collecting data using a modified questionnaire by researchers as many as 122 statements. Data analysis using chi-square and logistic regression. The results showed that there was a relationship between competence, reward and supervision. While the factors that have no relationship are motivation and leadership with the implementation of the nursing process. The results of the multivariate data analysis research showed that the most dominant dimension was supervision. This means that supervision that is carried out well will have a 30 times chance of producing a good implementation of the nursing process compared to supervision that is lacking. This research is recommended for implementing nurses to carry out the implementation of the nursing process according to SNARS in order to improve the quality of patient health services in public hospitals in Pidie Regency.
