Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Tingkat Kepuasan Pendengar Radio Serambi FM Program Siaran Berita Utama dan Lintas Berita Masyarakat di Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uses and gratification theory. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Banda Aceh dari umur 30-40 tahun yang mendengarkan Radio Serambi FM Program Berita Utama dan Lintas Berita dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil uji t variabel Penggunaan Media Radio (X) dengan nilai thitung (6,345) > ttabel (1.984), disimpulkan bahwa variabel Penggunaan Media Radio memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pendengar (Y). Uji Hipotesis, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dalam penelitian ini Ha adalah adanya kepuasan pendengar Radio Serambi FM dalam memperoleh kebutuhan informasi Covid-19. Selanjutnya hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R) sebesar 0,456 menunjukkan variabel Penggunaan Media Radio, memberikan pengaruh terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pendengar sebesar 45,6% dan sisanya sebesar 54,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti media cetak, media elektronik, media sosial, atau pendapat tokoh yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaa Media Radio Serambi FM Program Berita Utama dan Lintas Berita berdampak pada Tingkat Kepuasan Pendengar Kota Banda Aceh saat pandemic Covid-19.

This study aims to find out how big the Level of Listener Satisfaction of Serambi FM Radio Program Main News Broadcasts and Community News Broadcasts in Banda Aceh City. This type of research used is quantitative research using uses and gratification theory. The population used in this study were the people of Banda Aceh aged 30-40 years who listened to Radio Serambi FM Main News and Cross News programs with a sampling technique using purposive sampling method, totaling 100 respondents. Data collection techniques, researchers used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that the t-test results for the variable use of radio media (X) with tcount (6.345) > ttable (1.984), concluded that the variable use of radio media has a significant influence on the level of listener satisfaction (Y). Hypothesis test, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In this study Ha is the satisfaction of Serambi FM Radio listeners in obtaining the information needs of Covid-19. Furthermore, the test results for the coefficient of determination (R) of 0.456 indicate that the Radio Media Use variable has an influence on the Listener Satisfaction Level of 45.6% and the remaining 54.4% is influenced by other variables such as print media, electronic media, social media, or opinion figures that are not used in this study. It can be concluded that the Media Use of Serambi FM Radio Main News Programs and Cross News had an impact on the Level of Listener Satisfaction in Banda Aceh City during the Covid-19 pandemic.
