ABSTRAK
Kondisi new normal akibat pandemi covid-19 membuat pelaku UMKM dihadapkan pada tantangan dan perubahan baru dalam proses usaha. Entrepreneurial resilience adalah kapasitas diri dan sumber daya yang dimiliki wirausahawan untuk beradaptasi dalam menghadapi situasi sulit dan mampu untuk melihat peluang dari kondisi yang dialami. Entrepreneurial resilience bermanfaat untuk menjaga kestabilan fungsi psikologis dan emosional dalam menghadapi kondisi sulit yang terjadi. Salah satu konsep yang ada dalam diri saat menghadapi masalah yang sulit adalah konsep syukur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kebersyukuran dengan entrepreneurial resilience pada pelaku UMKM Banda Aceh di era new normal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 66 pelaku UMKM di Banda Aceh dan memiliki usia usaha minimal 5 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Skala Bersyukur Indonesia (SBI) dan Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) yang telah disesuaikan dengan konteks pelaku usaha. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson yang menunjukkan bahwa kebersyukuran dan entrepreneurial resilience memiliki hubungan yang positif (p=0,002, r=0,380). Artinya, semakin tinggi rasa syukur maka semakin tinggi entrepreneurial resilience, begitu pula sebaliknya.

ABSTRACT The new normal conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic have made Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) entrepreneur face new challenges and changes in business processes. Entrepreneurial resilience is the self-capacity and resources possessed by entrepreneurs to adapt in facing difficult situations and being able to see opportunities from the conditions they are experiencing. Entrepreneurial resilience is useful for maintaining the stability of psychological and emotional functioning in dealing with difficult conditions that occur. One of the concepts that exist within when facing a difficult problem is the concept of gratitude. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between gratitude and entrepreneurial resilience in Banda Aceh MSMEs entrepreneurs in the new normal era. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach involving 66 MSMEs entrepreneurs in Banda Aceh and having a minimum business age of 5 years. Data collection was carried out using the Indonesian Gratitude Scale (SBI) and the Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) which have been adapted to the context of entrepreneur. Data analysis in this study used the Pearson correlation technique which showed that gratitude and entrepreneurial resilience had a positive relationship (p=0.002, r=0.380). That is, the higher the gratitude, the higher the entrepreneurial resilience, and vice versa. Keywords: Gratitude, Entrepreneurial resilience, New Normal, MSMEs
