Pengasuh anak adalah orang yang mengasuh, merawat, mengurus, serta mendidik anak yang memiliki keterampilan dan pengalaman untuk diberi tanggung jawab sebagai pengganti orang tua disaat orangtua sedang sibuk dengan adanya kegiatan maupun hal lainnya yang mengharuskan orang tua dibantu oleh seorang pengasuh anak. Orang yang hendak menjadi pengasuh anak juga harus tersertifikasi dan memang berkompeten dalam mengurus anak, apakah pengasuh anak tersebut memang lulusan dari Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) atau para bidan yang telah memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) sebagai bukti tertulis yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada tenaga kesehatan yang telah memiliki sertifikat kompetensi. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada diperlukan solusi, yaitu mengembangkan sebuah sistem booking jasa pengasuh online yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang penyedia jasa pengasuh anak yang profesional dan berkompeten dalam mengurus anak. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) pada proses pengembangannya. Aplikasi ini diuji dengan dua metode yaitu black box testing sebagai pengujian fungsionalitas dari fitur-fitur dari seluruh aplikasi dan pengujian usability yang menggunakan Usability Metric for User Experience (UMUX) untuk menguji kinerja aplikasi ini. Hasil dari pengujian black box bernilai berhasil untuk semua fitur yang berarti adanya kesesuaian antara desain dengan implementasi sistem. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Usability dan kinerja aplikasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode UMUX didapatkan hasil rata-rata Aplikasi Booking jasa Pengasuh Anak Berbasis Android sisi orang tua mendapatkan skor UMUX sebesar 91.67 dan skor UMUX-LITE sebesar 83.6, untuk sisi pengasuh anak mendapatkan skor UMUX sebesar 90.84 dan skor UMUX-LITE sebesar 83.1. Melihat hasil hasil rata-rata skor UMUX-LITE dari aplikasi, maka dapat disimpulkan aplikasi ini masuk ke dalam kategori "A", sehingga aplikasi ini dapat diterima dengan grade scale "B" dan adjective rating EXCELLENT.

Babysitter or nanny is an individual who has the skills and experience to be given responsibility as a substitute for parents when parents are busy with work or other activities that require them to be away from children. Individuals who wish to become nannies for children and toddlers must also be certified and competent in taking care of children, whether the caregivers are graduates from Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or midwives who already have a Registration Certificate (STR) as written proof given by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Many parents struggle to find the appropriate babysitters. Most parents are also concerned that some babysitters are not qualified or are more from the traditional setting; where they do not have certificates but have the experience in babysitting babies or toddlers. A solution that can be offered for this problem is to develop an online nanny service booking system that can provide information about nannies with the proper qualifications. The development of this application uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in its development process. The functionality of this application was developed using black box testing method; where it yielded successful results for all functionalities. Meanwhile, the usability of this application was tested using Usability Metrics for User Experience (UMUX) to test the performance of this application. Based on the results of usability testing and application performance carried out using the UMUX method, the average result for the Android-Based Babysitting Service Booking Application on the parents side got a UMUX score of 91.67 and a UMUX-LITE score of 83.6, for the babysitter side a UMUX score of 90.84 and a UMUX-LITE score of 83.1. Seeing the results of the average UMUX-LITE score of the application, it can be concluded that this application is in the "A" category, so that this application can be accepted with a grade scale of "B" and an adjective rating of EXCELLENT.
