Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana penerapan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pengelolaan Aset Desa di beberapa gampong di kecamatan Krueng Barona jaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan situasi sosial dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari duabelas informan yang terbagi dalam empat posisi dalam tiga gampong. Penelitian ini dapat dianalisis dengan menyusun data yang telah diperoleh dan mengelompokkannya ke dalam beberapa kategori, memilih sesuai karakteristik dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasilnya, ketiga gampong tersebut belum sepenuhnya menerapkan aturan yang ada dalam mengelola asetnya. Penggunaan aset di ketiga gampong tersebut belum ditetapkan secara tertulis dalam keputusan keuchik tahunan. Masih terdapat aset di ketiga gampong yang belum memiliki bukti kepemilikan atas nama gampong dan inventarisasi aset di ketiga gampong tersebut masih berupa pencatatan sederhana dan belum diberi kode sesuai pedoman pada umumnya. Ketiga gampong tersebut belum membuat Laporan Harta Kekayaan Milik Gampong atau Neraca Gampong, dan masih terdapat kekurangan pada Laporan Hasil Inventarisasi Aset Gampong seperti nilai aset yang tidak tercatat dan aset yang tidak tercatat. Aparat gampong di ketiga gampong tersebut telah memahami kewenangan dan tanggung jawab dalam melakukan pengelolaan aset gampong sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada.

This research aims to evaluate how the implementation of the minister of home affairs regulation number 1 of 2016 concerning village asset management in several villages in Krueng Barona jaya district. This research is a qualitative with social situation in this study consisted of twelve informants divided into four positions in three villages. This research can be analyzed by compiling the data that has been obtained and grouping it into several categories, choosing according to the characteristics and drawing conclusions.The results are the three villages have not fully implemented the existing rules for managing their assets. The use of assets in the three villages has not been determined in writing in the annual keuchik decisions. There are still assets in the three villages that do not yet have proof of ownership in the names of the gampongs and the inventory of assets in the three villages is still in the form of simple records and has not been coded according to the guidelines in general regarding the codification of village assets and the three villages have not made a Village-Owned Wealth Report or Village Balance Sheet, and there are still deficiencies in the Village Asset Inventory Result Report such as unlisted asset values and unrecorded assets but in this case the officials in the three villages have understand the authorities and responsibilities in carrying out village asset management in accordance with existing regulations.
