 <note>ABSTRAK &#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan komposisioptimum tepung daun kelor &#13;
dalam pakan benih ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) dan dibandingkan dengan &#13;
tepung kedelai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Terpadu, Fakultas Kelautan &#13;
dan Perikanan Unsyiah dari bulan Juni hingga Juli 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan &#13;
rancangan acak lengkap dengan lima perlakuan komposisi tepung daun kelor : 0; 8; &#13;
16; 24 dan 32 % dalam pakan benih nila dengan tiga  kali ulangan. Benih ikan nila &#13;
diberikan pakan 5 % dari berat tubuhnya tiga kali sehari pada jam 08.00; 12.00 dan &#13;
17.00 selama 30 hari. Parameter yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah laju &#13;
pertumbuhan harian, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, lajupertumbuhan mutlak, &#13;
kelangsungan hidup, konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan, dan hepatosomatic index dari &#13;
benih ikan nila. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam (ANSIRA) satu &#13;
arah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 15.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa &#13;
semua parameter yang diukur pada benih ikan nila yang diberikan pakan yang &#13;
mengandung tepung daun kelor diperoleh tidak berbeda nyata dengan kontrol (pakan &#13;
yang mengandung tepung kedelai tanpa daun kelor).  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian &#13;
ini, dilaporkan bahwa tepung kedelai dapat digantikan dengan tepung daun kelor dan &#13;
direkomendasikan bahwa komposisi tepung daun kelor  dalam pakan benih ikan nila &#13;
berkisar 16-32%. &#13;

ABSTRACT &#13;
The objective of the present study is to determine  the optimum composition of the &#13;
Moringa oliefera leaf meal in the formulated diets of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) &#13;
fingerlings and its comparison to soybean meal. Theresearch was conducted at the &#13;
Integrated Laboratory of Marine and Fisheries Faculty, Syiah Kuala University from &#13;
june to july, 2014. This research was designed using completely randomized design &#13;
with five treatments of  M. oliefera  leaf meal composition: 0; 8; 16; 24 and 32% in &#13;
diets of tilapia fingerlings, with three repetitions. Fishes were fed 5 % of their body &#13;
weight three times a day at 08.00 am; 12.00 am and  17.00 pm for 30 days. The &#13;
measured parameters of the research were daily growth rate, specific growth rate, &#13;
absolute growth rate, survival rate, feeding conversion ratio, feeding conversion &#13;
efficiency and hepatosomatic index of tilapia fingerlings. All data were analyzed &#13;
using one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) manuallyand SPSS software 15.0 &#13;
versions. The result showed that all evaluated parameters of tilapia fingerlings fed &#13;
with diet contains  M. oliefera  leaf meal weren’t significantly different from control &#13;
(control diet contains soy bean meal). Based on theresult this study, soybean meal in &#13;
diets of tilapia could be replaced with M. oliefera leaf meal and it was recommended &#13;
that the composision of M. oliefera leaf meal in diets of tilapia was at rage 16-32%. &#13;
