Informasi mengenai area resiko persampahan di setiap Desa Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang penting karena masyarakat tidak atau belum mengetahui peta area resiko persampahan sehingga masih belum tertib dalam mengelola sampahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk merancang sebuah WebGIS yang dapat memvisualisasikan area beresiko persampahan di Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang ke dalam bentuk peta digital agar mudah memberikan informasi secara cepat dan tepat. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, LeafletJS, dan MariaDB melalui aplikasi XAMPP sebagai pengelola basis data. WebGIS menampilkan 4 kategori area resiko pesampahan yaitu sangat tinggi, tinggi, rendah, dan sangat rendah. Berdasarkan hasil olah data terdapat Desa yang mengalami peningkatan pada area resiko persampahan yang terindikasi tinggi dari 17 Desa (7,98%) menjadi 35 Desa (16,43%), dan terjadi peningkatan pada area resiko persampahan yang terindikasi sangat tinggi dari 2 Desa (0,94%) menjadi 7 Desa (3,29%). Kelayakan WebGIS ini diuji dengan menggunakan Black-box Testing yang hasilnya fitur-fitur dalam WebGIS yang telah dibangun sudah berfungsi dengan baik. Sehingga WebGIS ini sangat berguna bagi Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dalam mengelola masalah area beresiko persampahan di daerahnya.

Information about the waste risk areas in each village in Aceh Tamiang Regency is important because the community does not know or does not yet know the map of the waste risk areas so they are still not in an orderly manner in managing their waste. The purpose of this study is to design a WebGIS that can visualize waste risk areas in Aceh Tamiang Regency in the form of a digital map so that it is easy to provide information quickly and precisely. This application is built using the CodeIgniter framework, LeafletJS, and MariaDB through the XAMPP application as a database manager. WebGIS displays 4 categories of waste risk areas, namely very high, high, low, and very low. Based on the results of data processing, there are villages that experienced an increase in the indicated high risk area of waste from 17 villages (7.98%) to 35 villages (16.43%), and there is an increase in the indicated very high risk area of waste from 2 villages ( 0.94%) to 7 Villages (3.29%). The feasibility of the WebGIS is tested using Black-box Testing which results in the features on the WebGIS that have been built to function properly. Therefore this WebGIS is very useful for the Environment and Cleanliness of Aceh Tamiang Regency in managing the problem of areas at risk of waste in the region.
