Kota Banda Aceh merupakan salah satu kotamadya di Provinsi Aceh yang memiliki berbagai macam fasilitas yang komplet termasuk fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi disertai dengan pandemi Covid-19 membuat kesadaran masyarakat akan kesehatan menjadi semakin meningkat sehingga kebutuhan akan pelayanan kesehatan juga semakin tinggi. Namun, hal tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan informasi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai. Karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memudahkan masyarakat dalam memperoleh berbagai informasi tentang fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan Kota Banda Aceh terdekat dengan lokasi user menggunakan fitur rute dan radius, serta memudahkan user untuk dapat melihat dan menjelajahi langsung lokasi menggunakan fitur virtual tour. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall model dengan tahapan yang dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, studi pustaka, pengumpulan data, perancangan sistem, pembuatan database, pembuatan WebGIS, dan pengujian. WebGIS dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan Google Maps API untuk menampilkan peta, fitur rute, radius, dan virtual tour. Pengujian WebGIS dilakukan dengan metode usability testing menggunakan USE Questionnaire. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, disimpulkan bahwa WebGIS ini dikategorikan sangat baik dari sisi user dan admin dengan rata-rata nilai persentase 87,43% oleh user dan 95,93% oleh admin.

Banda Aceh City is one of the municipalities in Aceh Province which has a complete range of facilities including health care facilities. The rapid development of technology accompanied by the Covid-19 pandemic has increased public awareness of health so that the need for health services is also higher. However, this is not balanced with adequate information on health care facilities. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to make it easier for the public to obtain various information about the health service facilities of Banda Aceh City closest to the user's location using the route and radius feature and make it easier for users to be able to view and explore directly the location using the virtual tour feature. This research uses the waterfall model method with stages starting from problem identification, literature study, data collection, system design, database creation, WebGIS creation, and testing. WebGIS is built using the CodeIgniter framework and Google Maps API to display maps, route features, radius, and virtual tours. WebGIS testing is done by usability testing method using USE Questionnaire. Based on the test results, it is concluded that this WebGIS is categorized as very good in terms of users and admins with an average percentage value of 87.43% by users and 95.93% by admins.
