Berdasarkan hasil observasi lapangan yang dilakukan pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi Jalan Jantho – Batas Aceh Jaya, diketahui nilai produktivitas aktual alat berat konstruksi lebih rendah dari pada nilai produktivitas rencana. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui faktor-faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas aktual alat berat konstruksi berdasarkan pengalaman perusahaan kontraktor yang pernah terlibat mengerjakan proyek konstruksi jalan aceh. Perusahaan kontraktor yang berpartisipasi adalah sebanyak 45 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan melakukan review literatur baik dari artikel jurnal dan laporan penelitian yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian ini. Sedangkan pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang didisain khusus untuk penelitian ini, dengan responden yang berkontribusi pada penilitian ini sebanyak 45 personil perusahaan. Pengolahan data untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian menggunakan Analisa statistik frekuensi dan metode Relative Importance Index (RII). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh pada nilai produktivitas aktual alat berat konstruksi pada pelaksanaan proyek jalan. Faktor-faktor paling dominan berpengaruh pada alat berat Dumptruck adalah Faktor Terjadi kerusakan alat berat ketika pekerjaan dan Keterlambatan Mobilisasi/ Distribusi peralatan. Faktor paling dominan berpengaruh pada alat berat Motor Grader adalah Faktor Terjadi kerusakan alat berat ketika pekerjaan dan usia Motor Grader. Faktor paling dominan berpengaruh pada alat berat Loader adalah Faktor Keterlambatan mobilisasi/ distribusi peralatan, Manuver alat selama operasi dan Usia Loader. Faktor paling dominan berpengaruh pada alat berat Bulldozer adalah Faktor Waktu perbaikan alat dan Usia Bulldozer, dan faktor paling dominan berpengaruh pada alat berat Compactor adalah Faktor Tebal tanah yang yang dipadatkan.

Based on the results of field observations made during the construction project for Jalan Jantho – Batas Aceh Jaya, it is known that the actual productivity value of construction heavy equipment is lower than the planned productivity value. Based on this background, the aim of this research is to identify and determine the dominant factors that influence the actual productivity of construction heavy equipment based on the experience of contractor’s companies that have been involved in working on Aceh road construction projects. Participants’ companies are as many as 45 companies. The research method applied is the Quantitative Research Method. Secondary data collection is done by doing literature review from journal articles and research reports that are relevant to the purpose of this study. Meanwhile, primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire specially designed for this study, with 45 companies who contributed to this research. Processing data to achieve objective research is using statistical analysis of frequency and Relative Importance Index (RII) method. The results of this study are the factors that most dominantly influenced the value of the actual productivity of construction heavy equipment in the implementation of road projects. The most dominant factors that influenced Dump Truck’s actual productivity are Heavy equipment damage occurs during work and Delays in equipment mobilization/distribution. Factors that influenced Motor Grader’s actual productivity are Heavy equipment damage occurs during work and Motor Grader’s age. Factors influenced Loader’s actual productivity are Delay in mobilization/distribution of equipment, Tool’s maneuvers during operation and Loader’s age. Factors influenced Bulldozer’s actual productivity are Tool’s repair time and Bulldozer’s age, and factor influenced Compactor’s productivity is Thickness of compacted soil.
