Tingginya kematian yang disebabkan oleh komplikasi dari penyakit tidak menular memerlukan perhatian khusus terutama terhadap pengelolaan yang optimal untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien serta mengurangi tingkat risiko terjadinya komplikasi penyakit. BPJS Kesehatan bekerja sama dengan fasilitas kesehatan menciptakan suatu program untuk pengelolaan penyakit kronis dengan sasaran yaitu pasien hipertensi dan diabetes melitus yang dikenal dengan Prolanis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan Prolanis di Puskesmas Batoh Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September – November 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus baik yang peserta Prolanis maupun yang bukan peserta Prolanis di Puskesmas Batoh Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 85 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pekerjaan (p=0,022), pengetahuan (p=0,000), peran petugas (p=0,000), dukungan keluarga (p=0,004), dan kebutuhan akan pelayanan (p=0,002) berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Prolanis. Variabel usia, jenis kelamin, dan tingkat pendidikan tidak berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Prolanis. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan Prolanis harus diperhatikan salah satunya dengan cara mengoptimalkan peran petugas serta dukungan keluarga agar meningkatnya angka pemanfaatan Prolanis di Puskesmas Batoh Banda Aceh.

The high mortality caused by complications from non-communicable diseases requires special attention, especially towards optimal management to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the level of risk of disease complications. BPJS Kesehatan in collaboration with health facilities created a program for the management of chronic diseases with the target of hypertension and diabetes mellitus patients known as Prolanis. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the use of Prolanis at the Batoh Health Center. This study was conducted from September to November 2022. This type of research is analytical survey research with cross sectional design. The population of this study were all patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus, both who participated in Prolanis Program and who did not participate in Prolanis Program at the Batoh Health Center. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 85 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that occupation (p=0,022), knowledge (p=0.000), staff performance (p=0.000), family support (p=0.004), and the need for services (p=0.002) were related to the use of Prolanis. While age, gender, and education level were not related to the use of Prolanis. Related factors to the utilization of Prolanis must be considered by optimizing staff performance and family support to increase the utilization rate of Prolanis at the Batoh Health Center in Banda Aceh.
